It is a very large inside location and few tables outside. They have a drive up window where you dont see many of them around. This was very nice when it first open but it is showing signs if wear and tear. Just about of all the cushions seats at the booths are torn. After lunch hours when it js slow the food can get dried out as it sits and not enough customers coming in to turn it over. None the less when itnis fresh the food is good and thier orange chicken is a staple product to order.

The woman at the front. Her name started with an A and she had a ring nose piercing. She is fantastic! Her customer service energy is welcoming and refreshing as someone who also deals in customer service. She was funny, kind, and upbeat even working at a chained fast food restaurant which you do not see often. She deserves to be shouted out and praised by her managers. Give that queen a raise

I went through the drive thru and ordered mushroom chicken. I had to wait on the chicken. The lady who took my order was kind and attentive. The food was absolutely awful. It was not cooked all of the way, the broccoli was raw, the chicken was chewy and the mushrooms were expired.

Every time you order from DoorDash you can best believe that your order is going to be wrong they literally give you anything when you do DoorDash they also put shrimp on my husband’s plate when he has a shellfish allergy I am very upset with this location do not go to this so you could end up being sick!

The food is always fantastic, but one of the employees today was extremely rude. They forgot some shrimp I had paid for, so I went back to complain. They checked the security camera footage and it says they packed them… the shrimp never arrived at my house… and that’s the truth. He treated me very badly. I’m not very happy because he ruined my lunch for that reason, and unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Been going there over the years. Never had a problem till recently I ordered a bigger plate and the manager I believe named Olga served me. When I got to work and began eating halfway thru my meal. I bit a hard piece of plastic of some sort. I immediately felt disgusted and stopped eating. I called the store and Olga answered I explained what happened she was in disbelief never apologized or tried to resolve the problem. She gave me her number so I can send the picture the foreign object in my food. I sent multiple pictures no reply no response.

I absolutely LOVE their food, however, I don’t understand why they can’t trim that rather large, and annoying, chunk of fat off of a whole chicken breast as they’re cutting it up into smaller pieces. I mean EVERYBODY knows it’s there, it’s ALWAYS in the same place on a chicken breast, but NO, they gotta chop it up and give it to you.

The meat consistently appears boiled rather than grilled, resulting in a pale and undercooked appearance. I always have to recook the food when I get home because the teriyaki and other meats lack the desired grill marks and well-done texture.

I’ve eaten here before, and in other cities as well. I always order the same way, and this is the first time my server has served the smallest shrimp available and even counted how many will be on my plate. From my experience as a customer, the two portions of protein always come out the same size, which is why I love eating here.

Terrible place! Food was burned badly chicken was cold and I didn’t get my rice with the second order. The chicken was full of nasty FAT! The lady at the register was extremely rude and DISRESPECTFUL and forgot the straws. The food had no chicken but two pieces and was TERRIBLE and it wasn’t even what we ordered! Don’t ever go here!!!
