Online order no where near what I paid for. The App is worthless if they can’t follow directions. My order was placed 3-8-2020 at 12:55 pm. It was picked up at 1:15 3-8-2020. Order# 6FE6C48F-4E. Didn’t follow instructions, and left off all the extras that I paid for including cookies..Ordered 2x meat, extra cheese, and less lettuce. Check out the pic and see what you think!

First of all we are not picky eaters, but this subway is so unorganized and unprepared to serve any customers. There were no condiments, a small selection of cheese to choose from. Where the employees build your subs was just disgusting and looks like their entire shift they never did a once over on even attempting to clean it. The price for two foot long sub meals was astonishing when nothing we wanted was provided or available at this location. And don’t use the bathrooms, because they are disgusting, and you can’t wash your hands or dry them since no soap or paper towels are provided. The general manager really needs to get this act together otherwise let a more reliable and responsible company take this place, yours truly.

Only one person working at 5pm on Sunday. Poor man was processing both online and in store orders. He said there was no call off. He was the only one scheduled. We waited patiently to order our food. Halfway through making our subs, no bacon was available. At that point we decided to go to Jersey Mike’s down the street.

On 1-25-22 at 1:20 pm, I ordered a foot long turkey to go on regular bread. 5 minutes later after getting home,, Bread had to be 1-2 days old. Crusty and hard. I Called back to location , ask for a manager, there was no manager there. I Was told they would register my complaint. No further discount offererd.. very disappointed in quality.

Subway in all is huge disappointment. Its just went down hill, the app is a J. O. K. E. I ordered 3 times total on the app and was charged, went to the location and was told they never received my order! Had to email subways corporate. Went to the locust location at 9:10 pm. They close at 10pm and was told they are out of bread. I can see the already baked loafs behind the associate. Really? Like really. This is it. I am freaking done. I will not step foot into another subway. DONE!!!!

Entering the Subway, it is very clean. The food is wonderful. However, if you are going to hire
young teenagers they must have
a hat on and any that has hair from their short to medium or long hair should have it pulled back or have a hair net.The employers are very friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in. They are very patient and willing to help.
