Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered fries instead of hash browns with my breakfast on a bun meal and I guess they thought OLD, NASTY, COLD, CARDBOARD tasting fries would be okay to serve someone. Totally disappointing. You can look at the fries and see they aren’t fresh! No idea why they would serve something like this. Unfortunately I could not leave work to go and get a full refund. Nice looking building, but that’s about it!!!

I am an absolute nut when it comes to Whataburger. Before they they to Tn I had a 5hr drive to the nearest one. Yes I’ve made that drive before. This one is by far the best I’ve been to. Everything was clean and in order. Service was fast even though we had to wait for fresh wings (happy to wait for fresh food). The flavor of the month milkshakes are always the best. Burgers were fresh and delicious as always. Definitely a treat to get here when I’m in town.

We are at the hospital and my fiance just got out of ICU. I door dashed Whataburger for over $50 that was a door dash gift card to support us in the hospital. I ordered a whataburger meal with both cheeses and only got one cheese and I ordered a Whatachicken meal with both cheeses and I got NO CHICKEN on my chicken sandwich. It is 1 cheese mayo, lettuce and tomatoes! NO CHICKEN! I called the store and I told the employeel who answered the phone… she got silent, then chuckled, then said hang on and left me on hold for 7 MINUTES before I hung up!! When I called back no one will answer!!!! HORRIBLE service!!!! Im from Texas where Whataburger started and my daughter is an Operating Partner for a Whataburger and can assure you they don’t pull this crap!!! Might want to check your franchise!!! Dealing with a whole life event! I told her we were at the hospital and she couldn’t even give me the courtesy to apologize and try to make it right! You have lost my business! I will go to Gallatin or Madison even it is farther! IF I even do that! SMH!!!!!! And they forgot my jalapeno!!!

I went this morning on 1/17/26 because breakfast was supposed to be served from 11pm-11am. I get to the drive thru and they stopped breakfast a few months ago. They don’t serve it until 7am now. Online it says 11pm-11am on the site. The site needs to be changed for customers who want breakfast. I should have went to McDonald’s, but I was starving and got a burger that I did not want

Went through the drive-thru tonight and was very pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and very friendly attitude by the cashier at the window. I didnt catch her name, but she had blue tips in the end of her hair. Keep it up, girl!!

If u want your food to be made right with no issues, don’t come to this place!! They can’t make a burger right even if they ask you to repeat yourself 5 times. And when u ask for extra tops such as bacon, they literally put one piece on your burger! Don’t get me wrong the food is good, but when it’s made properly. I’ve been here several times and every time it’s made wrong or with literally on slice of bacon or one of whatever topping you get. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got my family some burgers to-go. When we opened up the wrappers, it looked like someone sneezed mustard on a dry bun and added microwaved bacon to a limp patty. I recommend making the extra trip to Gallatin if you are really wanting Whataburger. Otherwise, stick with five guys of burger-fi, anything other than this. This isn’t worth your hard earned money.
