We eat at this location often and really enjoy it, but the experience can vary depending on who prepares the food. When it’s made well, it’s great. But when basic ingredients that are supposed to come on the sandwich are missing, it really takes away from the meal—we usually end up taking only a couple of bites before losing our appetite.

We eat at this location often on Causeway Blvd in Tampa. The sandwiches are mostly good sometimes depending on who makes them. Two days ago I visited and for some reason the same cashier always asked me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich. I always replies I want everything that comes on it. After my order was done. The server had me my sandwich. I asked for a bag and napkins. She hand me a bag and pick up some napkins and hand them to me. I expected her to do that I don’t work there. And why do I have to always asked for a bag? Kinda of frustrating.

Walked in, they told me they only had two cheeses, they said I couldn’t customize a sub, but then the other employee said it would cost extra for adding stuff which I think is obvious then the two staff started talking to each other, I just walked out since they were making it so hard. It was also my first time walking into a Jimmy John’s. Do not go here.

Generally stop here after my doctor’s appointments. Always very good. Today not so good. First, the young man taking the order had bull nose ring in his nose. Made my eyes water looking at him. Secondly the sandwich was very dry and bread was not as fresh as it normally is and had a after taste.

COULDN’T GET SERVED!!! 12:45 on a Friday and they have TWO workers…. THAT’S IT …Two fools in charge of the drive-thru, the counter and all the online ordering. The line was eight deep and there were people sitting at tables who did not have their sandwiches yet. I will never come back to this mismanaged store again. And I suggest you hire some people!
