I gave this place a try, as the one I usually go to is being renovated, and this may be my new favorite go to spot for lunch. The food was fresh, and the staff were very professional. The service was also very quick, and most importantly, the food was delicious. A well deserved five stars.

I work on a hybrid schedule and during my in office days at the board of trade building i eat here almost every day. Great place with high-quality food, friendly staff, and quick service. If you come here at noon it may be quite busy, the rest of the day it’s very chill. Definitely recommend as a lunch spot if you work downtown !

A few of the regular “front of house” workers have been here for a couple years now, which is a good sign. Everyone is very polite and efficient. Sometimes they get slammed during the lunch rush and the kitchen has a hard time keeping up, but they do a great job keeping calm and staying on track. It also seems to stay relatively clean despite being downtown and often very busy. I only go here when I can head to lunch a bit before 12, but I’m really glad to have this as an option for the workdays when I’m too lazy to pack a lunch.

Almost didn’t go here for lunch because some of the older reviews weren’t great. Luckily, I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. There was a line of about 10 people when I got there but the line moved quickly. There were at least five employees working, two in the front and three in the back. The employees in the front were very friendly, especially the one taking orders and making plates. She may have been a manager but she was definitely in charge, making sure that the employees in the back delivered trays of food the front to restock while also serving customers with a smile. It was clear that she was the reason this restaurant was running extremely well. I hope the owner appreciates this employee, good help is hard to find. Food was fresh and delicious (for panda). I’ll definitely be going back again.

The best Panda in the city! Food is always fresh and readily available. Jackie the manager really keeps that place running in top shape! Always clean! Great customer service whether it’s two or twenty people in line. They need to give her a raise because there are some seriously sorry PEs around and she holds it down!

Reduced hours which is not too convenient. They always have too few entree options and most times have to wait for them to make more (so I guess the upside is it’s more likely to be fresh). They don’t do samples anymore. Wanted to try a new menu item before ordering.

One of the best Panda Express Ive been to. Portions are very solid for the price and are consistent. Also, their staff are always very nice and the place is quite clean. I just wish the hours were longer so I can grab dinner here when I’m busy or it’s the weekend because of how solid this place is

They’re orange chicken portion was horrible. They gave me a lot and I was happy. Until I took a bite only for it to be a ball of dough covered in orange sauce. There was no chicken in my orange chicken. Chow Mien was dry and fried rice was tasteless. Not the best quality Panda Express I’ve been to.

Absolutely forgot about my order and had me wait 20 minutes while helping other customers. Manager was very rude and offered no apology for their mistake. Food also had a grainy texture.
