The food here was sub par. I went here to get dinner on a Sunday and was seated immediately. I ordered the pan roasted chicken which was a sad piece of small chicken for $40 ???Expected something incredible but it was tasteless and bland. On the other hand, the staff on this facility and the service is incredible. My waiter was extremely attentive and very friendly. 5 stars for the service !

I eat here at least once a week for the past six years please disregard the one star reviews that you see about this place and consider the source because this restaurant is fantastic. In every way the server will memorize your order. They know exactly what you drink if you become a regular. I have never ever had a bad meal from the vintage. We don’t gamble we come to this restaurant because of the chef and the staff… Food is great as a regular of so many years at least once a week maybe every two weeks it has been right on time every time…

IF YOU ARE A HIGH END STEAK AND SEAFOOD Restaurant Make sure you have a cook that knows how to cook a STEAK!
To start the greeter was on her phone, totally unbothered that she is the first impression of the establishment. My husband asked if we were making her day difficult. She replied shaking her head yes. We both ordered steaks medium. They both came out well. Mine was tough and not seasoned well. My side Broccolini came out about half way throught the steak I was eating. After the first bite of Broccoli a label appeared. It was steamed right in the pot and made its way on to on my plate. To say it was a bad experience is an under statement. The best thing about our dinner was our server Ben I believe is his name. He tried to make things right. We don’t believe in sending things back to the kitchen. Invest in a good chef.

I am a fine dining steak eater who dresses for the occasion so when I walked in and saw the hostess wearing a hoodie I was taken aback. I really had high hopes since the hotel itself is trash but they are really two peas in a pod. I ordered an Old Fashioned w/extra simple syrup and usually, a mixologist would not add it, he/she would have it on the side. Well, said person must have been heavy handed bc it was diabetes sweet and I could not and did not drink it. What’s funny is that my server Edin didn’t ask me not one time if I liked the drink or why was I not drinking it. In addition to the drink, I ordered a wedge w/only and blue cheese. Well, mixologist must also work in the kitchen bc there was soooo much blue cheese dressing, the lettuce was swimming and the tasted like bacon bits. The worst wedge ever along with the drink. I only eat wedge . Let’s not forget the and . This is when they needed to sprinkle a bit of salt bc the butter didn’t have any flavor. They could have given me Land-O-Lakes and I would have been satisfied. The ribeye was cooked to my liking and it was juicy, however, too much seasoning. They are serving diabetes and hypertension at this restaurant. The steak tasted as if it had an A1 finish on it in which I do not use steak sauce so for that reason I wasn’t a fan of the steak. Server said it was just seasoning but I eat steak regularly and there was something saucy on it. I had the baked as a side, just and and 25% of it was overcooked. A $105 gone down the drain. Listen, I am from NOLA and I know good tasty food and this wasn’t it!

For the price of the food the quality was not up to par. This was a first time visit for a first impression it was a BIG NO for me. I would not recommend for someone wanting food quality to match the price. Waiter was friendly at first until mentioned the food was not good, also never received bread ask for twice. Ordered Surf and Turf at market price of 100 dollars. The steak was Dollar Tree value. I ordered steak to be medium well ended up with a dry well done steak. Best part of the meal was the lobster. The atmosphere is nice and romantic but the food is equivalent to Denny’s. Save your money and your time. Go to cheaper a steak house. At this place you do not get what you pay. After going back in forth with the waiter he comp 40 dollars off an 200 dollar meal.

I expected better since it seemed like a fancy restaurant. Actually the food was disgusting. Chili’s would’ve tasted better than this. The price of the food was expensive and it wasn’t worth the price at all. My glass cup wasn’t that clean either.

We had escargot and shrimp for appetizers, I had the surf and turf ($135) and my wife had the seafood Alfredo. This was the nastiest food for the price point we have ever had. Our sides were mushrooms, corn and carrots. The food must be meant for the over 80 crowd because it was so bland it was painful. Not even salt and pepper could help. They must have social distanced the seasoning from the food. You’d have better luck spending $300 on a blackjack table that had 9 decks of cards. Disgusting. The service was amazing but even that cannot make up for the geriatric cafeteria food they serve.

2 of us had new york strips they were both tough. The filets were good. The wedge salad was overdressed. The price they charge food should be beyond good

Update. Ben. Outstanding waiter. This is the best steakhouse I have ever ate at. Ate here three times now. Salmon tonight was amazing! In the past. Seabass was outstanding! The app Escargot was great as well! Staff is incredibly professional, prompt, attentive and very high end! House salad is a must try as well. It’s outstanding! And of course my Fillet was cooked perfectly as well! Thanks for two nights in a row of a fantastic dinner experience! Price… I don’t really care about price. This is a high end steakhouse. Enjoy the experience guys!
