Came to El Terraza today in Santa Paula (right on the corner of 10th St. and Main St.) and had an awesome meal. I ordered the taquitos and a bean tostada — the tostada was super crispy and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the Mexican food here is just plain good.
The restaurant is clean, well taken care of, and you can tell it’s been a solid local spot for a long time. I sat out on the patio and it was a great vibe — especially with the historical building right across the street.

Back after 19 years. Was surprised to see inside eating area. I liked it. The meal I ordered was delicious. 1 Chile relleno with a cheese enchilada.

Nice, authentic, Mexican Restaurant. Good food. Simple atmosphere. Bathrooms were kept locked so one point off for customer inconvenience. Would definitely go back again, though.

Great pozole definitely recommend, wife had the enchiladas and Saud they were really good I tried them as well and I agree. Price was pretty fair it a window you order from but they bring your food to the table.

My family and I show up 45 minutes to closing, but the service was still on point, even though the employees had started the clean-up process. We ordered a carne asada torta, tacos, and taquitos. The food was oh.k. meat may have been heated and reheated throughout the day, so it was a bit dry. I’ve been there before, so it may be best to enjoy it before closing.

We have been to this restaurant multiple times as we are locals. This is my husband’s favorite restaurant for Carne Asada Tacos. I had one tostada de ceviche de pescado and a tostada de camaron. They were both delicious, but I liked the tostada de camaron the most. They give you chips and salsa while you wait for your food. Ask for their spicy salsa, it’s “chile de arbol salsa” its really good! Enjoy!
