I’ve been here numerous times and I’m disappointed by the continuous decline in quality. It’s more frustrating that this place isn’t cheap!! Last week I bought a banana split and it was mostly an empty container with no marshmallow topping
Today, I bought a banana split again and only received 3 strawberry slices in the entire container. Keep in mind that they weren’t busy, so there’s no reason to not put effort into making the banana split. I truly think that after I signed up for the rewards, the quality has gone down.
I also find it annoying that they never give you a receipt.
I will add that I keep coming back because the custard itself is delicious. I’m just not satisfied with the quantity of toppings and custard, especially because of how expensive it is.

Very good. I personally love ice cream, snow cones,etc and now I love frozen custard too possibly more! I had a vanilla custard hot fudge with pecans sundae. I had never even heard of this place before. A relative brought me to try it. each persons order was about $8. I just needed a tad more custard to have exactly enough to ” wipe off the toppings” on my sundae but I must admit even then it was Excellent!! The pecans were awesome! They had a Fresh clean taste. The fudge was to die for thick and the custard well it was worth every calorie and I’m in need of another!! Even if I thought it was a bit pricey it was still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & Soooo Worth it!! Your won’t regret anything except that you should have bought 2!! Sugar extra calories fly out the window good! OH and bring a friend, relative, loved one, or coworker they will love it too!! My relative grabbed a pint to go. I devoured my sundae on the drive home.

Only discovered frozen custard about 6 months ago. It’s a completely different product than ice cream!! It’s an addicting , decadent experience that will easily become part of your family tradition s. You must try the chocolate or vanilla only first (or both!). It’s much more budget friendly to just get the quart btw. Andy’s is always fast and courteous.

I’ve started coming to this place a year ago and fell in love with the concretes, however overtime the quality has started to go down and the service as well. Today the service is bad and the quality of the custard is watery and melted almost a shake, for the price you pay is not worth coming over here for low quality custard, poor customer service and they never fill up the cup! They leave at least a quarter of the large cup you pay for empty.
Save time and money avoiding this location in Bedford is worth to drive to a different location where they can meet your expectations for the price you pay for, Other locations the custard quality is way better tastes creamer and stays frozen longer like custard should do! not ice cream. at this location the custard is mixed with water or ice cream that’s why it melts so fast and it’s almost liquid like a shake.

As a huge advocate for Andy’s, telling everybody about how amazing it is… I’m thoroughly disappointed at this new location. I consistently get concretes that are only a quarter mixed or if I’m lucky half mixed. I should not get ALL of the add ins on the first few bites, then just have plain, unmixed custard at the bottom. I was hoping a new location would do a better job, but I guess I will have to keep driving further away to the Grapevine location on William D Tate for my custard to be made properly. They have never disappointed me there.

Pumpkin pie concrete was a good taste although a bit melted which I am not used to from Andy’s locations I have been to before. Not a fan of mostly melted custard from the start. The service was terrible. I waited quite awhile to be helped and the 5 people working acted like it was a problem to help any of the customers waiting at the walk up window. Probably won’t be coming here much because the service or lack thereof and quality

We are so happy to have an Andy’s here in Bedford! Hopefully this new location can provide more prompt service over time, we attempted to wait in the drive thru but had been there for over 5 minutes without moving an inch so we decided to park and go up to the window where we were greeted and provided great customer service. We got a pint of the chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough, some kind of cookie sundae and old fashioned cream soda sprecher with a waffle cone on the side. Will forever love custard even being lactose intolerant — TREAT YO SELF!

It was my first time at this location. I wanted to try the pumping ice cream, and it was delicious, exactly what I was craving , but the service was horrible! The two people working at the moment looked extremely stressed and both acted like they had something to do and didn’t want to take my order. She came to the window and took my order with the worst attitude, and I said I wanted to get the pumping ice cream, and her answer was, “I can sell it on small sizes and I don’t have samples.” I was like, “What?” I said I wanted it; I never said to try it or anything else. Very rude. Sorry, Andy’s manager, people like her will take your business down.
