Store was clean. Food was ready on time. Cashier was friendly and greeted with a “how’s your day going”. I forgot to order a side of marinara, and they gave me one extra! Service easy 10/10. Very friendly and attentive. Sadly this a rarity to see in the food service industry these days. My only knock on them would be the wings do not look tossed, but they look like someone just poured sauce in them. Which is not a big deal. Overall very positive experience. I wish I could mention the name of the cashier but the name was not listed on the receipt.

We love this Pizza Hut. The food is always hot and ready fast, and tastes great. We have never had any problems here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My husband says the boneless wings were great! Moist and had the right amount of sauce on them. I just love the pizza!

This was the best Pizza Hut experience my family has had in a LONG time! Everything tasted great and was hot and fresh! Edwina made sure that our breadsticks were perfect (there was a mishap with the dough and they weren’t cooking right at first, but she remade them rather than giving us hard breadsticks) so they took a bit longer, but she came out and kept us in the loop. They are super on top of quality control! You are gonna get exactly what you ordered and they’re gonna make sure the quality of the food is where it should be. The staff is very kind too. This is not the closest Pizza Hut to our house, but it will be worth the extra drive time every time!!

This Pizza Hut feels like the pizza huts from my childhood. Good people, super clean, cozy feeling, all in all a great Pizza Hut. The manager Edwina is awesome, so personable and kind. She found deals for what we were ordering too! You could tell she cares about the restaurant and her employees. Bryce made top notch pizzas! I thanked him personally. Alexis is on the up with doing some training and it was a pleasure to see the the calm and clear way Edwina helped Alamo’s learn new ropes. I haven’t seen level in a Pizza Hut in a while! Great food too!

Tried the new Tavern pizza and it was very good. The amount of toppings was just right and the crust was crispy. Would have given it 5 stars but the sauce was a little too sweet for our taste. The staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel glad to do business with them! Big improvement over the past!

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.
I’m pretty sure ALL of their deliveries are now being completed through DoorDash, even when ordering directly through Pizza Hut’s website. Adding this middle man causes every delivery to be crazy late, and the employees could care less. We’ve even done pick-up to try and skirt this problem, and have STILL had issues (last time I showed up and they didn’t have any breadsticks – what?! – and tried to give me a cookie instead. Um, no thanks, I’d like what I ordered please).

I ordered online and the was told the order was supposed to deliver at 1pm. The didn’t arrive until 3pm. I called the store and spoke to a Kiana, who claimed to be the manager, and she blamed Door Dash for the delay. I explained to her that I didn’t order through Door Dash but directly through Pizza Huts website and asked why I wasn’t notified of any delays. She said it’s a Door Dash problem, told me never to call back and hung up on me. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store in Germantown WI.

While I understand that sometimes ordering food online can be challenging, tonight this Pizza Hut in Germantown, WI failed us for the last time.
As we had a larger than usual group over for dinner that included our three grandkids (all under 6) our choice was to order one of the combination deals.
Order placed at 4:18pm. Promised by 4:50pm. Still nothing by 5:15pm so I called. Hung up on 3 times. Finally, rudely, I was told after identifying myself that DoorDash had it and was on the way. We live about 5-10 minutes from the store. With boiling blood, I ordered Domino’s at 6, which I should have done in the first place.
Finally, the Dasher brought the order from Pizza Hut at 6:15. Domino’s was there at 6:25. We tested the temperature of the Pizza Hut arrivals: average of 86°. Domino’s? Basically too hot to touch.
If you’re considering ordering, picking up or any in other way patronizing this Pizza Hut please don’t. The best thing that could happen would be to put it out of its misery.
Please, order Domino’s or something from anywhere besides this Pizza Hut.
It has zero redeeming qualities.

this Pizza Hut has had its challenges in the past, i know because I’ve encountered them, however I think it has been recognized because I cannot say enough about the new manager and her new crew that are running this Pizza Hut they work together in unison to provide excellent customer service amazing food that is always hot and fresh please, if you have not considered ordering from this Pizza Hut, you will not be disappointed. there is something on the menu for everyone in the family, give them a chance
