Been going to Wendy’s for a long time but this time it was so bad I’ll never go back to any location. Got two meals and it was $35, they guy taking our order didn’t speak English and 4 other workers were standing in the kitchen staring at him struggling to understand and Input my order. Then of course got the incorrect food. Horrible location

Took our granddaughter for lunch. Food was good, albeit a little expensive for fast food, but Wendy’s is no more expensive than other places. Frosty’s were delicious. This location had needed improvement since our last visit a year or so ago, and we’re happy to say the service and cleanliness has improved.

Absolutely disgusting…….these people always mess up our order in the drive thru but this time they really got me good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and they served me raw chicken. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was raw because of the spicy breading. I thought the weird texture was just a soggy tomato but it was raw chicken. Now I’m not feeling good…… not looking forward to the next few days. I hope I don’t get salmonella. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.

I purchased food and all the food was ice cold. From the fries to the burger. I called customer service because they never answer the phone and was advised a manager will give me a call back. That’s been a week and as of today still no call back. Check your order before departing. Also waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to get cold food. Don’t waste your time going here.

Dont go here! When I walked in I should have known to leave by all the tables being so dirty but I stayed thinking maybe they just been busy! I get up to the register unfortunately she doesn’t speak English and overcharged me for stuff that I didn’t even want nevrr gave me a receipt so it was hard for me to even explain what she overcharged me for…. I get my food my nuggets are cold my burger isn’t cooked all the way I can’t get my money back because she’s not understanding what I need I feel sick to my stomach and I just won’t go back please go somewhere else I feel like I got robbed I got bring up for stuff that I didn’t even want it’s just I literally feel like they robbed me and I didn’t even get any food that was good so they just took my money

Service was terrible. They were playing with the drive thru speaker. I think about 3 people answered within a 5 minute wait. They gave me my food and forgot my drink, then I had to wait for a straw. Here’s a pic of my Southwestern Avocado Salad. It’s missing a lot of stuff including chicken and avocado. Oh and they ran out of the Southwestern dressing.

One star for ridiculously slow service, inedible food quality and atmosphere/employee attitude) is too high for my visit on Sunday, 11/19/23 at approximately 7:40 pm. I placed my drive through order and paid with no problem other than being told the chocolate frosty machine was not working. At that point, I wish I had driven off and gone to Panera’s or Chili’s instead. I would have saved a lot of time and not wasted $30 for two inedible meals.
There was only one car at the in front of me at the pickup window. I sat behind that vehicle for over 15-minutes before they were served. After being served the food, the vehicle sat at the window for several minutes trying to get the attention of the female attendant working the window to be given napkins and plastic eating utensils which were obviously forgotten from their order.
I finally pulled up to the window and sat for several minutes, not seeing anybody, before the female attendant working the window handed me two, melted peppermint Frosties. I asked her to replace them as they were obviously melted, having sat there for who knows how long. At that point she got a huge attitude with me, walked off, made a comment to another employee. She then proceeded to make small Frosties and served them to a vehicle setting at the payment window. I did not see her again for another five minutes. When I did see her, she was again talking with the other employee. I believe orders were being served from the payment window as there were several cars that pulled away from behind me.

Finally, she went to the Frosty machine, made my 2 Peppermint Frosties, and brought them to me. I told her that I also ordered a Sprite and asked for a drink carrier.
It took me over 10-minutes at this window to receive my order. I drove home only to discover, unsurprisingly, that the order was wrong and ice cold. I order an Asiago Chicken combo and a Classic Chicken combo. The Classic Chicken was spicy and on what looked like an Asiago bun. The Asiago Chicken was on a regular bun, cheese was not melted, and I found a long black hair in it. The fries were not edible.
Furious, I looked for a copy of my receipt but evidently was not given one. I tried calling the store several times to speak to a manager, but they were not answering the phone, and there was no voicemail recording to leave a message.
Tomorrow, I will find out who owns this store and I will also report the incident to a regional manager. This is not the first time I’ve received inedible food and horrible service from this Wendy’s location. From the reviews, I’m not the only one.
I posted photos of a meal in the trash, and a second meal that ids going in the trash.

Ordered $60 dollars worth of food for my whole family. 2 burgers were made wrong. My chicken was made on a dirty grill. 1 burger was rare… All the fries were cold after waiting on food to be remade & they had no cup holders for my 6 drinks. Josh had no remorse or care either… no one did.The worst part? They forgot my baby’s toy!

What a sorry excuse for chicken breakfasts. My chicken biscuit wasn’t edible. The chicken was deepfried burnt and barely any chicken on it. My wife’s chicken bacon hardly better. Even the bacon was so hard she couldn’t bite into it.
Unfortunately after drive-thru we entered the express way. So couldn’t return food. I would not recommend you take any chances with breakfast here.

Carter is a disgusting person and should not be working in any customer service job . I was the only car in the drive thru and he made me wait for 10 minutes for a few burgers , then lied to me and said he was the only person working . He also said something smart under his breath and walked off . What a little punk
