I’d do pick up from a different location. I made a modification to an order, and they got it wrong. This was my first time using this location, and honestly, the one by the Publix on Mars Hill is much better. One of the boxes was torn as well, but it didn’t look like the item had an issue, thankfully.

The mail coupons did not work online, so i went in the store assuming they would honor the 6.99 flyer that came in my mail. I walked into the store, waited 3 min before being greeted. Then was told they cant honor the coupons since they arent working correctly. He offered me 30 percent off a menu priced one. I then asked him what about the current 8.99 1 topping carryout, the employee stated he couldn’t honor that one either. I walked away

Once again…..this is my third strike and you’re out. I personally went in and placed a 10″pizza to go. I was told 10 min. I came back in 10 and said I was here, not expecting it to be ready…..no prob. Cashier said it was in the oven…..be right out. 5 min later I went back up……manager told me….no way it was still on his kids in the make line. He said he’d make it right away…..but had to ask what my order was…..so evidently……they never even keyed it in. I expressed my disappointment, where he said he had thousands of customers who said i was wrong. Are you ok with a 3.3 rating? I guess they are. Last time I was in the cashier pocketed my cash for extra to go sauces and never rang it in. This is THE WORST Papa Johns location I’ve ever encountered. I will never be back…..and am encouraging everyone I know not to use this pitiful location. I’d offer a zero star if it was possible.

I had the same exact issue as Wazzy M. The manager acted extremely immature about the situation. Received coupons in the mail specifically for their location. Coupons expire 1-31-2025. None of them work when ordering online. Went down the road to a different papa johns and they honored the code. Not a good look for a brand new location. Blatant false advertising and poor management

It’s currently a WEDNESDAY night at 6:50pm I ordered my pizza at 5:48pm also factor in that I live half a mile away and still haven’t got my pizza. This is absolutely insane also this is not the first time this has happened, I called the store and the lady that I got on the phone with laughed and thought it was comical that I didn’t get my pizza yet and said “sorry I don’t know what to do about that” so here we are don’t order from here!
