A must have every time I go back east! The sandwiches are simply perfect
The service here was incredible and accommodating. I was traveling home out of state and he prepared the sandwiches to travel with special wrapping and ingredients on the side a plenty. The rolls came out fresh from the oven as I was there for the store opening. Something about the smell of baked bread is salivating and scrumptious. The store was perfect and clean everywhere, even the restroom. Nice decorated seating and welcoming. Easy parking and highway access. This service experience was memorable and I wished they had these shops back in Missouri.

Nice woman at cash register, but I was very disappointed in this locations italian hoagie that I bought. Was Hardly any meat in it, like 3 slices!! mostly tasted the stale, hard big roll which was hard to chew. Didn’t have them in awhile, but I’m used to Primos loading up the hoagies with meat which was what they were known for, and giving your moneys worth. What happened to them& all the meat they used to give???? They have photos on their walls of what the hoagies used to be, when they loaded it up with meats. Now it’s just false advertisement bc they don’t load it up no more. Primos went downhill and got alot skimpier with the meats&stingy ripping people off…was definitely not worth $15.00 for alot less meat& more roll!! I wouldn’t even call it a hoagie!! more like a stale roll sandwich, as it was sad& pathetic looking. No wonder why there wasn’t a soul in there around lunch time! I won’t be back. If they don’t change things to how it used to be, can’t see them making it in the future& closing down.
I was craving a Pudges cheesesteak& should of went there instead. Pudges always loads up the rolls with meat giving your moneys worth. I can get a few days worth from it. And They never disappoint

Looked forward to our Primos Corned Beef Schwartzie and Roast Beef Schwartzie today. Got them home and opened them up and we were very disappointed. Hardly any meat and little bit of coleslaw. Even the russian dressing was minimal. What happened to Primos? It used to be so good. Not worth it now.

I know how hard the customer service industry is, considering I was in it for over 20 years.

So I want to begin by giving the staff some advice.

If the customer arrives for their order and you are running behind, I get it, things happen. Multiple orders can come it at once, and when you’re short staffed, it makes it even more difficult. This is why honesty is the best way to go about it.

If you’re running behind, let the customer know that, hopefully, they will be understanding.

Don’t tell them it will be ready in 5 minutes and proceed to go another 20 minutes. If you them up front that it will take 20 minutes, at least they know what to expect. But if you tell then 5, and it goes much longer, then every minute that passes, the ire of the customer grows.

Reading other reviews, it seems that this location is short staffed, so I hope the employees can get more help soon. But remember, be honest, don’t give false information with time frames that you know are not attainable.

Now to the food.
I don’t know if it was because they were in a rush, but where’s the filling?
All I tasted was bread.
And the taste itself wasn’t that great.
To pay $130 for what seems like 10 malnourished hoagies that were cut up for a party tray is a travesty.

Let’s just say I waited waaaay too long and paid waaaaaay too much to give this place another try.

It says that you’re open until 7pm EST on Sunday’s. Store is completely dark and appears to be closed. No signs on the windows stating why you’re closed either. I was just at another store that ran out of bread. Let’s try and get our brand together here Primo’s.
