The service here was incredible and accommodating. I was traveling home out of state and he prepared the sandwiches to travel with special wrapping and ingredients on the side a plenty. The rolls came out fresh from the oven as I was there for the store opening. Something about the smell of baked bread is salivating and scrumptious. The store was perfect and clean everywhere, even the restroom. Nice decorated seating and welcoming. Easy parking and highway access. This service experience was memorable and I wished they had these shops back in Missouri.
I was craving a Pudges cheesesteak& should of went there instead. Pudges always loads up the rolls with meat giving your moneys worth. I can get a few days worth from it. And They never disappoint
So I want to begin by giving the staff some advice.
If the customer arrives for their order and you are running behind, I get it, things happen. Multiple orders can come it at once, and when you’re short staffed, it makes it even more difficult. This is why honesty is the best way to go about it.
If you’re running behind, let the customer know that, hopefully, they will be understanding.
Don’t tell them it will be ready in 5 minutes and proceed to go another 20 minutes. If you them up front that it will take 20 minutes, at least they know what to expect. But if you tell then 5, and it goes much longer, then every minute that passes, the ire of the customer grows.
Reading other reviews, it seems that this location is short staffed, so I hope the employees can get more help soon. But remember, be honest, don’t give false information with time frames that you know are not attainable.
Now to the food.
I don’t know if it was because they were in a rush, but where’s the filling?
All I tasted was bread.
And the taste itself wasn’t that great.
To pay $130 for what seems like 10 malnourished hoagies that were cut up for a party tray is a travesty.
Let’s just say I waited waaaay too long and paid waaaaaay too much to give this place another try.
