Everything about this new place was amazing! The relaxing and beautiful atmosphere, the exceptional service (Ani and Kajan were gracious and attentive. We ordered an aray of apps and entrees and they were delectable! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU CAME, and we will definitely be back!

❌ If you’re looking for customized food options—such as Jain or Swaminarayan—this is not a place I would recommend. ❌
The customer service was disappointing. I understand that we were a large group, but the service felt very disorganized. Some of our food arrived incomplete, a couple of people received their main dishes before others even got their appetizers, and our drinks were forgotten until the very end. On top of that, my meal never arrived at all, even after everyone else in the group had finished eating.
The food runner would bring out different dosas but didn’t know which ones they were. When we asked, he said he would need to check but never came back, and the dosas would just sit there getting cold.
When we brought these issues to the attention of the owner and a franchise representative, they did not seem receptive to the feedback and were unwilling to listen to our concerns as customers.
In the end, I canceled my order and left the restaurant hungry—after only having a glass of water.

I had a really wonderful experience at Sankalp Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — authentic, flavorful, and served fresh. The dosas were perfectly crispy, the chutneys were rich in taste, and everything felt high quality and satisfying.
What truly made the experience special was how warm and welcoming the owners, Chandi Patel and Avani Patel, were. They were so kind and hospitable, which made us feel valued and comfortable. It’s always beautiful to see owners personally creating such a positive atmosphere.

Food was very tasty and we only had Jain options — very impressive. Service was just as good and very accommodating. Love the ambiance as well. Highly recommended. Dhosas are good per usual at Salkalp, but I also recommend Afghani Bhurji and the sizzler brownie for a sweet treat to finish!
