The bread was hard and dry. The employees were nowhere around for at least 5 minutes before we ordered. Then the lady who made our sandwich literally had a lit cigarette behind the counter. It was almost funny by the end.

Rude customer service from an employee name Annette. She rush you to make a decision on your sandwich. She acts as if you are bothering her. No knowledge of store products when asked. She cut me off when asking the price of a foot long due to not one, but all of the menu screens being off. After all said and done, my husband didn’t want his sandwich due to her rudeness. I still brought mines because it was made. She rung it up. She said, you want a receipt? I said yes please. She responds, “there is is” as she walks off to the back of the store. She wanted me to get the receipt off the printer. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go here after the experience I endured.

Terrible experience. Out of multiple ingredients. Staff has a snotty “better than you” attitude. Ordering a sandwich from this subway is subjecting yourself to snide remarks, curt responses and annoyed glances. On top of it all, they don’t even know how to make their “order by number” sandwiches. muttering the words “I’ll take it how it comes” will award you an annoyed glance for sure. I’d recommend avoiding this subway.

Charged us for 2 12 inch subs instead of 2 6 inch subs. Said it’s nothing they can change and that it’s subways fault that the prices aren’t correct on the board. Very unimpressed. Very disappointed. Subway, do better.

“I had a terrible experience at the Subway inside the Love Travel Stop. The employees had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. It was obvious they didn’t know the menu well because they couldn’t explain the options or even offer combos. On top of that, they didn’t mention anything about beverages, so I had to ask for a drink. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the whole place felt like it was being run by people who just didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this location.”

Worse sub ever, got the buffalo chicken on Italian herbs and cheese. when I got to my truck to eat it it was soggy and falling apart at the seams. I didn’t get any oil or vinegar on it either just sauce. Next time I will go to McDonald’s. I know I’m wasting my time writing this because y’all don’t care be we’re just a bunch of truck drivers. I knew that no one would respond, that tells me that y’all don’t care.
