I was called out of my name and the two ladies were very rude. One of the women took my sandwich to the back after she began to speak in Spanish with the other young lady out front at the counter. She rolled her eyes and balled my first order up and tossed it in the trash in front of me with a very disrespectful mannerism. I’m highly disappointed this is my second experience here and the same results . Highly would never recommend.

I am an African American female and I was discriminated against by two Hispanic females. I was in line and they asked a Caucasian male behind me and asked him to step in front of me in the line to be served first. When I said something to Sandra (employee’s name) she refused me service. She shut the lids down on the food and told me to leave and threatened to call the police on me. Then an African American couple came in and she refused them service. I complained to corporate guy and NEVER heard a word back. In this small town I am letting everyone know that this is a very racist place to shop. I went across the street and bought food, needless to say that Subway will never get another dollar from me or my friends.

I went to get 3 subs, the women behind the counter was very rude! Did not listen to my order whatsoever. I repeated what I wanted multiple times. When it came to payment- first she charged me for subs i didnt order. I ordered a cold cut, a Rotisserie chicken add bacon and a reg bmt. Got charged for a chicken bacon ranch and yes there is a difference in pricing and an unltimate bmt sandwich
I had an order amount of 45.87 and only had a 50 on me in cash and no cards. She said I’m sorry I can’t take that?!??!?!!? I looked at her and said very politely that it was the only bill I had and I didn’t have a card on me. I could understand if my bill was a couple dollars or under 10 but it was just shy of 50. The service was crappy and the attitudes were real. I won’t be returning. This is the closest one to my house, I will be gladly drive a bit further to a different one from now on.

Ordered pickup, asked if anyone was there for pickup, I said yes, they asked my name, told them, then they handed me the wrong order completely. Shame on me for not checking, but the name on the order was not even close to mine and what’s more frustrating to me is that my order was more expensive than what they gave me.

I went to Subway across from Great Wall today (6/13/22) at 11:30 AM to get my husband a sandwich and me a salad. The girls there started the sandwich, then I told them I wanted a salad. When I looked at the lettuce, it was BROWN and nasty looking. I asked the girls if they had any better lettuce and they told me that all their lettuce came like that. I told them to forget my salad and the sandwich they had already started. One of the girls, I think she was a manager or something, got RUDE with me! She said, “Your just going to waste a sandwich!” real nasty. I told her that I wanted a salad where the lettuce looked like lettuce. I did not want brown, soggy lettuce!!! Subway, please stop freezing your lettuce!!!

Usually it’s a great experience but today wasn’t I was calling for 15 min to place a order for two platters,no answer so I decided to go there, the young lady told me they won’t have enough bread mind you it’s 4pm I was going to pick it up at 8:30.
