Pure joy fills my soul every time I walk into this store. I’m bound to find some awesome treasure of goodness. The staff is always so nice and friendly and the dynamic duo of manager “Sht” and Team Lead “Onya” are always leading the team.

I pulled into the drive thru today around 2:15 pm. I was greeted through the drive thru speaker by a very rude African American woman. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2 years and the employees are always super polite. She started out asking if I was a loyal customer, which I found to be a very weird line of questioning. After I answered no, I was being rushed through my order. She caught an attitude when I wanted a whole sandwich and ordered more food. “Anything else!” in a really nasty tone every time I spoke.
After pulling to the window a different employee took my payment and repeated my order back to me to insure there wasn’t any misunderstanding. This employee was polite.
The African American lady who took my order at the drive thru speaker brought me my food with the creepiest fake smile and told me to enjoy extra loud while smiling with a evil grimace. I checked to make sure the food i ordered was in the bag before pulling off and she gave me another awkward and loud “enjoy” with the same evil grimace. If she is working the drive thru next time I come to this location I will leave. There is no need for this type of behavior. It caught me off guard because I was having a good day until I arrived at this Panera.
Also I’d like to add that I gave a description of the employee by race as I don’t know her name. She seems to be in her 40s and 50s. Really nasty attitude. There are other African American employees that work here that are amazing and polite.

The food was decent however, the lady who took my order— Shondra, was incredibly disrespectful. I heard her throw many insults to her coworkers and it completely ruined my appetite. I can not even fathom how such a rude lady could be working a customer service job.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places! I’ve visited many times, whether dining in or using the drive-through, and the experience is always excellent. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is outstanding, and the indoor seating is cozy and comfortable. Last time I went there for breakfast, and everything was just perfect. I’ve tried most of the menu and have never been disappointed. This place is a top favorite of mine, and I strongly recommend it. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more great experiences.

Update: Just went here again and Stephen was so friendly and gregarious that we told him about our previous experience and that he was making up for it. He made sure we got a cookie for our troubles. 12/10 will return. Great customer service!
Prior review: Couple of times I’ve gone to this Panera and I’ve been told that they aren’t taking orders through the drive thru, they’re just handing out mobile orders. So I pull away and submit a mobile order. The first time I did that, I came back and was told that the drive thru was closed, so I called her out and said that ten minutes ago they were taking mobile orders, so I submitted a mobile. The seething rage with which I was handed my order was the most satisfying part of my experience. I did the same today and received the same indignation masked with a forced smile, but with the addition of a stale butt end of a baguette and a grilled cheese made with only the heels of the loaf of bread. I’m curious at how mad I can make this person by asking them to do their job. They cannot be fun to work with. Will definitely return. Can’t wait to find out what they have in store for me next. Stay tuned.

I’ve gone twice and both times were great! First day I spent $20 for a full CBR sandwich, an iced caramel latte and a cinnamon roll. Next day I spent $18 on half a CBR sandwich, the same latte and another cinnamon roll. The food is a bit pricey but I think the food is worth its price! The sandwich was great and hot, the cinnamon roll was good but better without its super sweet frosting, and the coffee was perfectly delicious! Everyone working was kind and respectful and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Only thing wrong with my order was I didn’t get any chips with my sandwich the second day but I didn’t need them nor pay for them. So I’ll definitely be coming back!

Y’all make it really difficult to leave you any stars when you are CONSISTENTLY out of bread bowls by dinner. My granddaughter does a better job at managing her lemonade stand. Why not just drop “Bread” from the name?

This Panera sat next to a nice warm indoor gas fireplace! Very busy location that seemed slightly understaffed as floors seemed unswept but during peak lunch hour on a Saturday. Sufficient seating available even though busy. Food good as expected.

I have been coming to this panera for years and have never had many issues regarding the food. I ordered a pick up order this evening after working all day. I ordered the tuna salad sandwich as it is my go to, chips as my side, a drink & cookie. My order was ready when I arrived, which was quickly handed to me but I had to wait a few minutes to receive my drink. It seems as though the gentleman spaced handing it to me which is fine, no big deal, it happens.
After arriving home, everything was correct in my bag; except for my sandwich. Instead of a tuna salad sandwich, I was given turkey, which I unfortunately cannot eat due to dietary restrictions. I do not have the energy to drive back and I do not want to arrive minutes before closing. If the issue was the tuna being sold out, I would’ve fine to substitute another sandwich however this option was not given to me. I have now wasted $11 on a sandwich I cannot even eat. It’s just disappointing to find that your order is wrong after getting home, make sure you check your sandwich order before leaving! I guess this is something I must do from now on.
