Being new to the area, I’ve been searching for a solid pizza spot. A classic cheese pizza is always my go-to test—if the crust, sauce, and cheese are done right, the rest usually follows. Little Rosa’s outperformed most local options, though I would have liked a crispier crust and a more robust sauce. That said, the pizza was well-cooked, the cheese had great flavor and just the right stretch, and my NYC-native husband approved. The large salad was a generous portion, and I appreciated the container design—it made mixing in the dressing effortless. I’ll be back to see if the quality holds up and will request a hard bake next time to see if they can nail that extra crunch I’m looking for.

Just ordered a Margarita pizza with pepperoni and it was AWESOME! The sauce was very flavorful, tons of pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. The crust was seasoned and with perfect texture. The staff were very friendly. We will be back!

Takeaway pizza was delicious.
Nice and fresh and done, how we requested. 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 meat lovers. Nice friendly staff.

My first experience was just that a first time. The sauce lacked flavor and the sausage may have had some fennel. The crust was extra moist and could have been better if it were more firm. The consistency is perfect for a simple cheese slice but nothing more. I never want to give any restaurant a bad review so I am hoping that a second visit will do the trick.

I’ve had the great pleasure of meeting Joe who owns this place, and the only word I can use to describe this guy is CLASS. We ordered the Spaghetti with marinara, meatballs and hot sausage, and a Lasagna pizza. Holy smokes did this without doubt, HIT. THE. SPOT!!! Thanks for your professionalism and hospitality Joe!

We were out and about looking for a place to eat and saw this little restaurant tucked away just off the road. We walked in, and it smelled delicious! We ordered the mozzarella wedges, meatball sub, and an anchovy calzone. The mozzarella wedges were AMAZING! Not too greasy, and quite filled with cheese. Their marinara sauce is DELICIOUS! I LOVED my meatball sub, and my wife THOROUGHLY ENJOYED her anchovy calzone (not my thing personally). But overall, it had a nice, quaint atmosphere and WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS FOOD!
If you’re craving Italian food and are in the aea, I would recommend giving this place a go!

If you follow my reviews, you know I love to go to places that are locally owned, that the owners are right there. Waiting on you serving you cooking your food. They have sweat equity into that establishment. Your money is going into the community supporting local people, not some large corporation somewhere.
That being said, here is a great little pizza shop in Holly springs. They used to have a larger restaurant called Rosa’s. Now they’ve opened this small shop and they called it Little Rosa’s it’s not really big but that’s big flavor food.
We came for lunch and had a small pizza for one of us and the other got a medium pizza and took half of it to go home. Both pizzas were excellent crust for nice soft a bit of sweetness to it. The sauce is excellent. I got the lasagna pizza. It was wonderful. Albeit, I would like just a little less ricotta from my taste, but there’s an abundance of ricotta if you like that much. It wasn’t excellent pie.
My friend got a pepperoni and sausage he loved it. So did his his wife only got at home to her.
They also had a lunch special which we didn’t partake of but it was a pie with a drink or a half pie with us Caesar salad.
We had enjoyable visit with the owners we talked about. Many different pizza places all over town, not just Holly springs but Atlanta Marietta Alpharetta Roswell we discuss many different pizzas places. It was a good time chatting with the owners. They only downfall of that was it when it was time to go. I forgot to leave a tip! Didn’t realize this until I was about 15 minutes away in the car and had to turn around and come back lol.
So great pie. Good people. Take care of you care about you. I really happy that you’re at their establishment.
So stop by make a trip like we did find this place and please don’t forget to tip your servers!

THE BEST pizza in Cherokee County. We’ve tried dozens of places. Little Rosas is simply the best; loaded fresh toppings, perfect crust. If there are any, leftovers are just as fresh and tasty; not greasy and salty. This is now our go-to for pizza. Look forward to sampling the rest of the menu.
Don’t change a thing !

Eva is an all star, pizza is meh
I came here for the first time based on google reviews. Not sure if there is even a legitimate pizza place around here, based on the people saying this is the best place. Pizza was meh. Not terrible, but definitely not great. The best part of this place was the service Eva provides. Her parents should be very proud of the young woman they’ve raised. Super polite, helpful, and does everything with a smile. I’d probably give the pizza 2 stars, but because of Eva, I bumped the pizza up one star. Service alone is 5 stars!

I was looking for a new Italian place near me and decided to try it out. It wasn’t too hard to find in the strip mall but parking was scarce. There were so many businesses in the strip it was super busy and hard to find parking- actually there were people parking on the grass and near curbs that weren’t even spots. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. It came with garlic bread, which was good. I thought the sauce was very generic, similar to something you would buy at the grocery store. And they absolutely drowned the dish in sauce, so much to the point I could barely taste the pasta. The meatballs were okay. Something else about this place was they had no fountain drinks available. You either got free water or you had to buy cans of soda/sparking water/etc. Each dish was $11, not including drinks, and our service was not great. For about $40 for a party of 3, there are better options than here.
