I went to the drive thru for the first time today and I had a lot of questions about the food, pricing, and basically everything related to the restaurant. I cannot believe that in this day and age where nobody seems to care about their jobs or customer service just how incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional the young man working there today was. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. When I got home I found the food to be fantastic. I ordered jumbo chicken tenders, which were fresh, tender, and juicy. They are perfectly seasoned and have a tiny kick of spice to them. The ranch dipping sauce is also delicious. 10/10 biscuits that have an amazing buttery, and perhaps a slight honey flavor on the outside, which has a thin flaky crust, with the inside being moist yet fluffy. Not dry at all like at other places. The red beans and rice have a deep smokey flavor with a tinge of spice, and were very satisfying. Overall, I had a great experience, and if you are that young man’s boss and you are reading this, whatever he is earning he deserves a raise. I cannot recall the last time I had such great service in a drive-thru or anywhere else when getting food recently. Truly a top-notch customer service and fast-food experience for me.

There’s a grumpy older lady (Denise) serving customers who is unnecessarily rude and on top of that the chicken strips/wedges were stale and dry when we got home. We couldn’t even eat it. This place is right behind my house and when a person goes out to buy food they don’t want to be yelled at and then served old food. We are very polite to everyone and always treat people in customer service with the utmost respect. This lady went out of her way to yell, “No, I do not” when asked about the types of chicken the serve like we were annoying her being there as customer.” The younger lader was friendly, smiling when she was packing the chicken strips. I am in the QD all the time buying my kids slushes and always wondered why the Krispy Krunchy Chicken was always empty. Well bad customer service and old food will do that. Not buying from this place again.

I often frequent their store inside the Quality Dairy in Holt. Even as a vegetarian they have enough options for me to keep coming back. The Staff their are really nice as well. Nice place to stop for a snack , dinner or if you’re just passing through on a road trip.

Staff is always friendly and attentive! They are fast and the food is amazing! I typically don’t like tenders but I have been in weekly for these! They are so crispy and juicy! They know what they are doing!

Ive been here twice both times Ive had brickettes for pieces of chicken. Only place along my route to conveniently stop for a bite to eat working for Amazon and cant even expect a fresh piece of chicken in sight, dont get the tenders or nuggets they just sit under the heat lamps all day and really hold true to the krispy krunchy, definitely not the fresh side of things though.

I ordered the 12 piece family meal (12 pieces of chicken, family wedges and biscuits) for $24.99. I also added a small Macaroni & Cheese. The chicken was cold, not one breast (all legs, wings, and thighs). This biscuits were old and crunchy, and the Macaroni & cheese wad cold. The wedges were okay. Skip this place!
