Stopped by the bar to order a glass of wine to take to my room for the evening. The bartender walked by me multiple times while moving and stocking bottles without saying anything to me, once he greeted me it was rude and slow service. Glass of red blend wine was $20. Took a look at the menu the next day and saw normal prices of $10-$12 a glass so I do believe he up charged me when he saw I was paying with cash.

Really not the highlight of my stay at the Moxy. Free drink at check in (vodka or whisky highball), which was pretty good, but my follow up aperol spritz wasn’t even stirred and was a stiff $18. Food was definitely not the finest – hamburger was okay but needed more vegetables, and was served with house made chips which were a bit soggy at best. Bartenders (and honestly, all the staff at this hotel) were super cordial and service was quick and efficient, but I wouldn’t recommend this bar over others in the area.

Two of us sat at a table along the window. No service. One of us approached the bar to order our drinks directly. Female bar tender would NOT acknowledge us or take the drink order. Tried 4 times and watched her take orders and clean glasses. Unimpressed with this complete lack of service.

came here for an event. Ordered two shots of Azul tequila which we drive at home all the time with an order of club soda they charged us $142 and keg me tell you from someone who LOVES Azul. THAT WAS NOT AZUL. I don’t know what they served us but it was harsh and awful. When we told the bartender, he says if he takes them back he will cut us off!!! Are you serious right now?
The manager Raul came by and he did nothing. He said what we want to drink and then disappeared. He never came back. This place is. Fraud. No wonder they have such bad reviews. Never coming here for anything.

Went to the rooftop bar for a girls night. Ordered two rounds and closed our tab. We left a CASH tip, but the bartender had the audacity to charge my card an EXTRA 18% tip. EVERYONE BEWARE OF FRAUD AT THIS BAR. I noticed the charge in my account two days later. Luckily, I only had to call my bank and report the fraudulent charge, and they took care of my reimbursement.
