I love subway its not the companys fault but the people they hire cant even make a sandwhich. Good thing i checked the sandwhich before eating it because im extremely allergic to tomatoes . Any other day i would give them a five star review. I recommend going in the store itsself dont order

There’s a worker here that moves slower than Monday morning traffic in NOLA. WITH PEOPLE WAITIING. Our food was supposed to be ready at 540 and we showed up late around 550 and still wasn’t ready. Proceeded to wait another 25 minutes. This guy moved like he didn’t have a purpose on this earth. He didn’t care there was 5 people waiting in line and us waiting for an online order. He had no urge to move with quickness to appease the customers. If he’s here next time I walk in, I’m walking right back out. They had people walk out bc of how slow the service was. Unbelievable.

Called and specifically asked if they accepted coupons. After having our sandwiches made, we were told only certain sandwiches can be used for the coupon, but we did not order sandwiches the coupon excluded. “Manager ” was dressed in jeans, didn’t even look like an employee. The “manager” was extremely rude, saying I would have to pay the $35. (The coupon was 3 sandwiches for $17.99.) I even offered to go out of my way, return home, and bring a coupon to cover two of the sandwiches and pay full price for other one. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUBWAY IN JENNINGS TO ANYONE!

Meat servings was half of what we would normally get. We asked to pay for extra meat and was told no because they can’t do that, yet on the app you can add extra meat. So how is it you can’t add extra meat in the store? Then, I was going to get a half and half tea for my drink that comes with the meal. Worker stated they had no tea, so I grabbed a tea and a water out the fridge to mix. After I paid $32 for a 6” meal and a wrap meal, she then says oh you have a cup? I said yes the cup that came with my meal. She said well I have to charge you for the cup that you’re going to put the tea and water in. I said oh? She said let me ask my manager, manager asked what was going on so stated there was no tea so I was just going to make my own mix. She said yea we have to charge you (almost$3) for a cup. I stated that was ridiculous and the manager said it’s not us… so tell me how you can’t accommodate a customer who doesn’t drink soda and YOU didn’t have any Tea out???? If it’s not “us” whose fault there was no tea available? Accommodate your customers !!!! Almost $3 for a cup is absurd

I’ve always loved this subway, but today I received the best service ever! Cheryl was the sweetest and most patient worker ever and she helped us get everything we needed. She was never stingy, gave us everything we needed, and was just so nice. She really was the nicest woman ever, only reason I ever come back! ☺️

The staff are very friendly and efficient. The owners,however, arent as friendly.I was refused to put my veggies in a baggie I had provided, bc its considered a salad! I understand not using products that SW has to pay for,but I brought my own! This store has lost my business until this policy or the ownership changes.

Definitely the place for subs. Friendly customer service. Clean business. Prices appear to be consistent with other same and/or similar type businesses offering the general public same or similar type food products. I definitely recommend this particular Subway to family, friends, or the general public. I eat at this Subway on a regular basis.

Super clean and friendly! I was with a picky eater so we ate here twice. It’s immaculate inside with nice windows! Tables were clean and customer service was great, even during a lunch rush!!

Definitely upgraded from what it was pre covid. Food is awesome. Only reason for a 4 ☆ and not a 5? They were a tad slow. I believe it’s management’s fault due to lack of staff. They did their best though. Solid 4. All day.
