This goes straight to the manager owner, the evening we showed up there. It appeared that both of your employees, although he only saw one of them the second one came out briefly ever made eye contact, and disappeared again, we’re both on something. They didn’t look stoned, but the gal that attempted to make her sandwiches couldn’t find any beef so she said they were out couldn’t find any cold cuts so she said they were out. I suggested just throw some ham on there. It looks cold. It’s been cut should work fine. In the time it takes you to eat a whole sandwich She was managing to make one sandwich. It took over a half an hour for her to make four sandwiches, two of our guys actually left and went to another place to grab something to eat because they weren’t gonna wait any longer for her. I felt so bad for the family that walked in behind us, almost instantly they realized the mistake that they had made. So I’m not sure what the daytime staff is like, but the evening staff needs some kind of intervention. They should not be in charge of a counter anywhere. So unless you’ve got all day or all night to spend waiting for a sandwich. I wouldn’t bother with this place. Again I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I do it so that they can change the way they do things and to prevent people from having a bad experience there on the bright side we can’t stop talking about it.

Bread was over cooked like no other. Ordered online and was told it was ready. Walk in and they hadn’t even started making any of it. Even put the wrong ingredients in the “signature” sandwiches that I made no changes to.

The worst subway I have ever been too my sandwich had abt 10 layers of meat and the bread was unbearably crunchy as well as the cookies. Not to mention it took 30 mins to get our food and she started doing mobile orders in the middle of our order.

I have never said in my entire life that I don’t want subway, until today. This subway had the most god awful sandwich I have ever tasted in my life, the bread was about as dry as the Sahara desert, I had a river of mayonnaise on my sandwich, and not to mention the lady making it didn’t even fold it. If you want to hate subway go here.

Ordered online, showed up and order wasn’t even started. Ordered a wrap and got a flat bread. Was told that flatbread and wraps are the same thing. Was out of ingredients. Poor service. Will not return to this subway.

Employees don’t appear to take into consideration basic sanitation. Touching the payment computer, receipts, their pants, things that fell on the floor, all while wearing the same set of disposable gloves they are making your food with.
Or another employee who is fine pulling giant boogers from their nose, rubbing it into the bottom of the counter, then using the payment computer.
I know someone who has gotten sick twice in the past month after having eaten there.
Probably best to stay away if you don’t want food poisoning too.

Worst sandwich across the whole United States. Found in BUFFALO WYOMING… I don’t know if the kid was on something but he had no idea what he was doing. I had to correct him 5 times on what sandwich I had. He kept looking off into the distance like he was on something. He put more green peppers than a whole entire 5 sandwiches would require … slapped together completely disgusting. Subway who ever you got working the night shift you probably need to train the kid. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing which is sad. How hard is it to make a sandwich ? Absolutely not that hard … YOU GUYS TOP THE LIST OF WORST SUBWAY IN AMERICA ( probably ). Super bad. Do better
