As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food came out fast even though it was made fresh, the late night staff was friendly and helpful when explaining my bill. (Added bacon that increased the price) overall great but the parking lot is very tight for large vehicles like my truck. so be ready for a 5point backing out turn.

Had a mobile order. When I got home I noticed 2 items were missing a Large Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries and a Double Rallyburger With Cheese. Tried calling the store (515 S Michigan Ave) and they would not pick up the phone and actively rejecting the calls. Drove all the way back to the location and was then told I needed the bag with all the food with me so they could verify what was missing, this has happened a few times and usually it’s a $2 or $3 item and i just eat the cost and move on. People need to be fired or retraining or something at this location because I am pissed off that this keeps happening at this location and the staff/manager did not help or care. I do not want to go to rally anymore and if I do decide to try again I will never go to this location ever again.

We ordered on the app. So they had me go to the other window on the left side of the building. I get there and give my name. They go in the back and fiddle around for over 20 mins leaving me sitting there waiting. I patiently wait as I thought they were preparing my food. After about 25 mins he comes back to the window and asks me if my name is Melanie! When I correct him, he leaves again and then comes back to the window and hands me a bag that had been sitting there the entire time! All that wait for what? My food was there the whole time! And it wasn’t even correct. I asked for no mayo on both sandwiches, it was the ONLY request we had. Mayo on both sandwiches, lots of it. Like they put extra just cuz. No one answers the phones all night and this morning the manager hung up on me!
