The bread was do hard you couldn’t eat it. I order through the app and ordered extra toppings. I got 6 black olives and 6 banana peppers! I ended up throwing it in the trash and had to starve during my 12 hour work shift. Never again!

This Subway is always great to go to. It’s always clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The problem with Subway is that it’s very expensive for a sandwich so we only go when there’s coupons available. This particular shop doesn’t always participate in the deals on the app. We would definitely go more often if it wasn’t $23 for 2 sandwiches, not including drinks or chips.

After a bad experience two years ago, I gave them another try. Ordered three subs.
First sub, was supposed to be heated, it was cold. So much so the cheese hadnt melted.
Second sub was supposed to have honey mustard and no onions. Had onions and ranch dressing.
Last sub was supposed to be heated and have ranch (you know, chicken bacon ranch) and had honey mustard and was cold. ‍♀️If I did my job that poorly I would have been fired! When I called and told them, the staff laughed about it. The manager said I could bring it back and they’d try to fix it… But damn that’s the whole point of picking it up

Rude service tonight on the phone when ordering food. Called and kept on hold, server behaved like he had better things to do than work and take our order of 2 sandwiches and one pizza. Pretended he was unable to hear on the phone.
Blew twice in the air being obnoxious when order was picked up. Should have just left it all but then that would have put us on his level. If he doesn’t want to work then give the job to someone who does. I work hard and so does my husband. We don’t deserve to be treated rudely in this manner. No one does. Hopefully management will read this and reprimand so it doesn’t happen to future customers. Not sure we will visit this particular Subway again.

Always friendly, my sub is made to perfection, this place is always clean. Would highly recommend. Warm atmosphere has a sitting area with a faux fireplace just like your at home.

I have been very displeased with their service lately. Everytime I come in, there’s only one person making food, regardless of the size of the line. They aren’t that friendly either. There was 3 people working today, one was making sandwiches, one was manning the register and the other girl was just standing there while the other girl was making sandwiches for 3 different people (2 parties). Then I go to look for a table and I had to sit at a dirty one because they were all dirty. Since I’ve been sitting here, they haven’t had hardly any customers, and no one has come out to check tables. it’s like they don’t care. Management has got to do something about this!

I just went through the drive thru and my order was sooo messed up. Tried calling them and it goes to voicemail My moms sandwich was cold when we asked for heated the bread (herbs and cheese) wasn’t completely done!! I ordered a protein bowl and didn’t even get everything in the bowl I asked for!! This infuriates me to no end considering at two different times in my life I have wore a Subway uniform!! Will not go here again!!

Waited in drive thru cuz reasturant was closed. Sat there for 40 minutes. Would have left but the engineering of the parking lot made that impossible. Driver in front of me fell asleep, one of the reasons it took so long. Finally got food went home. Sandwiches were completely reversed in every tangible way. Veggis from one to the one to the other. Dressing was reversed. Sprite was straight seltzer. They cant help the driver having fell asleep but they can help getting every single step of the sandwich on the wrong bread.
