I keep coming back to this Just Salad because the food is reliably fresh and tasty. The veggies are always crisp, portions are generous, and the dressings make everything pop. I especially like the thai chicken crunch salad.
Quick service, clean store, and solid options whether you’re eating in or grabbing to-go.
What really stands out though is the team, especially Harla. She’s always smiling, super friendly, and really good at what she does. She remembers regular orders, offers helpful suggestions without slowing things down, and just makes the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth. It’s the kind of service that turns a quick lunch stop into something you look forward to. Definitely one of the better spots around. Highly recommend stopping in!

We love coming to Just Salad in Needham with our mom’s group each week! The food is always fresh and reliable (and I so appreciate how easy it is to find gluten-free, dairy-free, and even soy-free options when needed ).
But I especially have to shout out Marisol (“Sol”) — she is just wonderful. So kind, welcoming, and consistently warm every single time we’re there. I always look forward to seeing her. She truly makes the experience that much better.

I love getting my lunch and dinner here. Food is always fresh clean the staff greet you as soon as you walk into the door if they’re not already busy, and if they are they still greet you. Staff is very respectful sometimes they get busy so if you’re ordering, do you order ahead to save your time.

This place is a blast!!!!! Totally love their salads and lemonade drinks!!! The personal is so kind, friendly and welcoming, the spot is always clean and neat. I just wish to have them near Attleboro Area, but the trip to Needham worth it!

The restaurant is very clean and organized for a fast casual restaurant. I appreciate the sustainable compost, recycle and trash bins. Service is relatively quick.
The cookie has a little more burnt flavor, if you prefer it baked longer. I would skip it due to the price and small size. The Braised Chicken Pesto Market Plate is really good with the chicken freshly cut for your meal. I am a big fan of the mushrooms. You can choose how much Kale-Pesto Vinaigrette you want and I would do at least medium.

First things first, it’s NOT Just Salads. No line, but it’s not because of the food or service. Very friendly, quick, and really aware of GF needs. 100% no cross contamination due to their care in prep.

Oscar was great! He was so pleasant to deal with really sweet guy. He seemed to know about every salad when I asked. He could even tell me what tastes to expect. Great guy to deal with made my day and helped me make an excellent choice. Sol, although she totally looked very somber because she didn’t smile she did talk to me when I asked her how the people traffic was today she didn’t blow me off but gave me a very informative answer which I appreciated. I will be visiting this location again and will bring my co-workers with me. 🙂
