Best soul food I have ever had!!!!! Highly recommend if you like fairly priced, mouth watering soul food!! Placed a takeout order and it was done within 15 minutes. We got tilapia, chicken tenders, catfish, hushpuppies, okra, and jalapeño poppers. All of it was the best food I have ever eaten. The cashier was so kind and I loved the energy they put out!! This kind of customer service is hard to come by these days! I will be back tomorrow!!

I’m just gonna say that it’s worth the drive from San Diego for the food. We had catfish and shrimp, fried okra, red beans and rice. Everything was delicious! Can’t wait to make the drive again.

Excellent food, the fried shrimp are perfect! The red beans and rice I didn’t like too sweet..shouldn’t be. The catfish need to be cut into smaller stripes, the grey area of the catfish filet needs to be trimmed out of the raw filet during prep otherwise it tastes muddy. Just FYI from a southerner who owns catfish farms.

My husband and I enjoyed the catfish and shrimp. The portions are quite substantial. We also enjoyed our onion rings and the fried okra. He’s usually a hush puppy fan, whereas I am not; however, these hush puppies I loved. They were very cakelike. We will definitely return to try other menu items.

Their catfish is awesome, I love those collard greens, their sauces compliment their food perfectly and I especially like the chicken and waffles! I’m definitely coming back for that seafood boil! The staff are lovely people with excellent customer service! 10/10

I really enjoy their catfish and shrimp the most. It’s well breaded. My least favorite is the hush puppies because it’s a hit or miss. The last one I had tasted like it was frozen too long. Customer service is always great. Looking forward to trying their crab boil Fridays. It’s inside the liquor store and the areas are always clean.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is alright. Food is pretty good and definitely recommend the cat fish it was very flavorful. If your craving southern seafood etc this is a good place to go. Hush puppies and fries were also good and lastly the sweet tea
