Incredibly rude & abrasive worker (her name is supposedly Kay, an African American lady with braids – didn’t have a name tag but told me her name). She does not need to be serving or interacting with customers whatsoever. I don’t have the time and energy to tell the whole story, but she was hostile to me and my buddy who were just trying to grab a couple subs for lunch. Every request for every ingredient or topping was met with attitude and annoyance. I even went back up to buy a couple cookies and she wouldn’t let me pick a specific one (which was literally right next to the one she grabbed), exclaiming “you get wut you get.” No thank you’s, no welcome’s. Just annoyance start to finish at having to do her job.

This is the worst Subway. They cheat you out of meat. I ordered a footlong turkey breast with bacon last night. I caught them putting in only 5 slices of meat. When I asked the person who was preparing my sandwich how many slices go into a 6-inch sandwich, she answered 4 slices go into a 6-inch sandwich. I said if 4 slices go into a six-inch sub, it should be 8 slices for the foot-long. She looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. Her manager, who was standing next to her, came over and told me, “You don’t have to be so rude about it.” Asking for what I am paying for is being rude?? This is the worst subway~!!!!

Rude bad atmosphere stank don’t want to work attitude don’t know how to wrap sandwiches even if they had manual on how to wrap one. Neatness and Customer service is out the window here. Then they turn me away talking we don’t take money from your kind here. By the way WHATABURGER wanted me to say THANKS SUBWAY for the business you so rudely turn away.

I was craving a Steak and Cheese Sub from Subway. As, I walked in the Subway All I felt was Negative Energy. Not welcomed actually no one was, went to register to order saying this will be to go she said come down here LIKE I WAS SUCH A BOTHER FOR HER TO HAVE TO DO HER JOB. I’ve worked in the Food Industry 20 plus years. Zero Eye contact, attitude the entire experience, just rude, I said I will take the cheese sauce for the steak garlic and cheese the other girl said not to me we don’t have it. I said it’s okay that point I just wanted to leave. I said I’ll get a drink fountain I said can I get Tea? We don’t have any! To be honest I can guarantee you that this experience that I had I’m not the only one. I will definitely be going to a different Subway. First impression is huge it determines if you will retain a new customer or loose one. Food is great but the negative energy I received will kill your business.

My mom went here today and she brought her sandwich home and there was hair. She went back to report this and the employee said there was no manager on staff and to come back tomorrow?? This is ridiculous, not even an offer to give a refund even when provided a proof of receipt.

I ordered a flatbread footlong for pickup…. They gave me this and I even asked her about it. She said it was a footlong and I was like alright sure. Wasn’t gonna make a scene but definitely not going back. Plus it took an extra 20 minutes even though I was the only person there

Went on my lunch, and wow Maddie was the only person there. I always experience bad customer service with Subway, never pay attention to it. Maddie was a one-of-a-kind, she was the nicest and had a beautiful smile. World-class customer service!! deserve a recognition!!

We stopped two times in the last couple of days due to moving. First time the service was fine and we only stopped for a snack and to take a break-we did not order sandwiches.
Second visit, we ordered sandwiches. While looking at the food, some looked frozen and other food looked old. I started looking around for the food score, which I was a little shocked to see a 99 score from 4/3/24. When we set down to eat, I noticed a girl in the back (employee side) that was not wearing a subway uniform and I really don’t know what she was doing. I don’t believe she was an employee and if she was she did not appear to be working at that time – almost like a friend of the employees was hanging out in the back. She would just walk by a couple of times in the back. Before leaving, my husband went to use the restroom and saw the same girl sitting backwards on the toilet snorting something.
So, leaving a 1 star review, which I feel is too generous. No clue what is going on in the back of the store or if the employees are even washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting.
