Another great local company bringing their talents to the Clovis area. Fantastic BBQ, smoked to perfection with no corners cut. Brisket is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Better come early and get some BBQ while it’s still available. Once the food is gone they close for the day. Looking forward to next week!

Service great and polite but they don’t cut your meat right in front of you like texas spots do so how do I know what my exact proportions are what I ordered. The prices fair but need some more flavor to the Turkey and brisket bc it was very tender but bland. Definitely wouldn’t hurt to serve bread as well as peach cobbler haha
