This Dunkin location has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills and the food check times are usually low. Even when it is busy. The store is well organized and clean. Keep up the good work

The place is cool. They quickly attend the waiting customers. They have a nice TV and you can spend some time. For a coffeehouse ambience is must but it’s kinda little noisy here. So there goes one star less. Honestly they make good chai so visit when u get time.

Absolutely no toilet paper in the men’s room. No napkins, paper towel. Nothing. This Dunkin is advertised on the exit off 95. So restrooms are expected to be stocked. I had to get “creative” with my hygiene. Service was slow but that’s fine.

Although, this location closed at 7:30pm, even with the purchase of an item, the owner refused to let me use the bathroom. She said that she only cleans it once a day and once it’s cleaned no one can use it. I had been at a client’s home since 2:30pm and it was 7:12pm. Treating people like human beings is a virtue. I ended up going to Starbucks up the street and they were extremely pleasant and I didn’t have to buy anything to use the bathroom!

Worst Service!!! The women that run this Dunkin do not care at all about you. They will let you sit at the drive thru for 5 min before they bother to say hello….no apology for the wait. The women that work here are so arrogant and I hope this place gets bought by new management. It’s inevitable at this location.
