What happened??? I’ve been a regular for 8 years. Last two times I’ve got my simple large iced coffee with almond milk I have to throw it out. I was sick last Sunday from it, and today I took a sip and gaged. Looks like we have to go to the longwood Dunkin until this place is cleaned up.

Visited this establishment yesterday and was caught off guard by how rude the girl working the drive thru window was around 3:45 pm. I repeated my order because she read it back wrong and when I did she said “I KNOW” and when I got to the window my order was in fact incorrect. Not only did I wait in line for 10 minutes behind one single vehicle, she then had me sit at the window for another ~7 minutes while she made other drinks and purposely ignored me sitting there waiting on the food she had forgotten to give me. I then had to order it again and wait even longer. She was hostile, didn’t apologize for the mistake or have any sense of customer service. not a good look for anyone’s business, having rude folks work for them. I’ll avoid this Dunkin’ from now on.

Spacious inside, the store seems to nevertheless do much of its business at the drive thru. The polite associate walked my drinks to our table after making a fresh batch of dark roast, a small sign of caring when they could have simply placed it on the counter and shouted my name. Thank you for that.

Disgusting!! I ordered an iced coffee, took a sip and it tasted terrible – when I inspected the coffee, I realized that the ice had a mucus type substance frozen inside most of the pieces I, immediately, threw the coffee away and will never go back to this location. You would think that, especially during a pandemic, sanitary precautions would be the number one thing that is taken care of – apparently not at this location. When I reached out to Dunkin – I was told that their stores follow a strict ice machine maintenance and that it must have tasted bad because maybe they accidentally put a sweetener in it. When I emailed them a picture of the rancid ice – I got no response. I know what sweeteners taste like – it did not taste sweet. So disgusting!

If someone interested in knowing, the toilet was really clean. There was soap, sensor for wash basin and hand dryer. These things also matter to me along with the coffee
