Ordered to go through UberEats, the caramel ice coffee was really good. The egg cheese croissant was small and not filling at all even when I canceled some of the ingredients, while the avocado toast was almost burnt and overly toasted.

Quite interesting how you can order, pay in full and not receive what you pay for! I ordered and paid through DoorDash! It’s Tim’s responsibility to actually make the order and give it to the dasher! I really tried to give Tim Hortons a chance but this is the second day in a row and it’s just horrible. Why take DoorDash orders if they never pop up on the screen to made? Why is it that none of the employees are communicating when there is a shift change? I placed my order at 6 am. I get here and I have to wait 30 minutes. I watched a guy get his order before I did but I still had to wait on my order that had been placed 20 minutes before. I get the drink, it’s made wrong with none of the modifications that I asked for. No one knows if my order is being fulfilled so I’m just standing in there looking stupid waiting on a sandwich and drink that I already paid for. I just don’t understand. It’s already bad enough it’s in this small gas station. But something has to give. They honestly need to stop accepting DoorDash orders if they can’t see them, read them or even care to prepare them. I’m now late for work waiting 30 minutes for one drink and one sandwich. No matter who came in after me, they received better service than I did. I placed a DoorDash order the day before and experienced the same thing. I’m not sure how this location is busy and stay in business knowing how they treat some customers. I already didn’t like Tim Hortons but now it’s solidified why I don’t support or eat here in the first place.

The service is pretty decent. But the food is terrible. Even in the early morning. Food is stale or overcooked, the kids that work there don’t know how to make hash browns apparently. coffee is lukewarm from sitting out all morning. But I guess that’s what you can expect at the location it’s in.

Order the caramel iced capp with whipped cream and caramel swirl on the whipped cream and an iced coffee double triple. It turned out to be very delicious and I’ll definitely be back. Customer service was A+

I been couple months coming to get my French vanilla coffee and everytime I go their they say machine is down and been over a month everytime I go same excuse which it’s ridiculous because it makes me late for my work and waste my gas. Terrible experience hope they “”fix”” their machine.
