I had a very positive experience at this Subway location. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and met my expectations in terms of quality and taste. i have no clue how this place has 2. Sukham is the best employee ive ever met super nice, great service. the inside is good too. By far the best subway layout ive seen, and it was clean inside. Food was also good, loaded with toppings. Honestly the best subway ive ever went to.

Feeling ripped off. I’ve never had a Subway sandwich with so little meat. I’m certain they’re using less than is standard.“Sandwich artist” applied very small amount of sauce. When I asked for more he added maybe a quarter of the original amount. Ordered to-go, man gave me the sandwich wrapped with no tape and no bag. Had to ask for these things. No air conditioning.

Dear Subway Team,
Iam writing to share my concerns regarding two recent experiences at your Subway. which have left me quite disappointed.
1. During my visit few months ago , I have noticed that the staff did not change their gloves when serving vegetarian items. This raised significant hygiene concerns for me. When I inquired about it, the employee defended their actions instead of addressing my concern. Additionally, I was charged twice for my order, which was frustrating, since I have returned the one of the food which was served without changing the gloves with less charge .
2. Today I spoke with another employee around 10 AM regarding a service issue. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, He dismissed me and remarked, “You play too much.” This response felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially as a paying customer.

As someone who values convenience, I’ve always appreciated having a Subway location so close to home. However, these negative experiences are causing me to consider visiting other locations further away, where I hope to receive better service. I kindly request that you address these issues by ensuring staff receive proper training on customer service and hygiene protocols. I believe this will help improve the experience for other customers in the future.

One of the dirtiest subways you will come across. Unfortunately it’s in my neighborhood.
Cross contamination touching meet and filling vegetables with the same gloves and scratching their hair!
Years ago when they first opened there was a bug when they use to have soups. Today spiders roming the dining area.

Never ever again going back to this place.

Kid made my order, argued with another guy ahead of me for like 3 minutes about a coupon, then when it was my turn he was barely paying attention to me, he toasted my sub and then added bacon that i had wanted and toasted it again, the sandwich was literally black because of being burnt. He was extremely rude and loomed over my shoulder to see if i would give him a tip, once he saw that i didn’t, he walked away to help the next customer, i stood there for upwards of two minutes waiting for my receipt, which i didn’t get. And while he was making my sandwich, he stopped to talk to somebody that just came in 20 minutes before closing and was denying him food, the man was saying that he was a regular and he kept arguing. When he turned off the Open/close sign, he grabbed a chair and stood on it to turn it off, then went right back to making sandwiches, didn’t even change his gloves. HORRIBLE subway, will never come back

the subs in this area are fine, but the place seems pretty empty from the times I’ve been to it. (you know where ppl sit down? everytime i go, it’s dark and it’s a slight mess in that area. also, not to mention, while the subs can be “fine enough”, the quality REALLY varies a lot at times. there was a few times where i have gotten a trash quality sub…)

I would honestly try another subway if I were you, but if you can’t, then I guess, give this a chance..?

The quality of service & sandwich is poor. Their policy to accept subway coupons is very inconsistent. If you are planning to use coupon make sure to ask before ordering else visit other subway outlet because they have coupon scanners at cash register but no sign posted that they don’t accept coupon.
