Last time we were at this location was 8 months ago. Things were not any better. Had a new hire doing the sandwiches and the other 2 guys were in the back having their dominos pizza. This was on 11/02/2025 at around 4pm. I do not fault the new hire I fault the other help for not being up there to help him out. Music was blaring. No management around at all. Ordered the 5 meat italian sub and did not receive any roast beef on the sandwich. Yes the guy was using the cards but someone should have been watching him. We as customers should not have to stare constantly to make sure the sandwiches are made the right way. And considering my sub cost $15 this is unacceptable. Did leave a tip but we should not have to tip at all. Mcdonalds, Burger King, Caines, etc. do not require a tip. I do know this is the last time going to this location. Dominoes right beside them has the same issues and that is why we won’t go there any longer either. Subway used to be really good with customer service and their products but those days are long gone. To be honest if the place was busy I would be more sympathetic but considering we were the only ones in that place and 2 guys were to busy with their pizza in the back this is not how you run a business !!!!!!!

Today is Thursday October 9th 2025 I ordered at 7:25 pm. The guy who was working was incredibly unprofessional, rude and downright aggressive. He needs to be re-trained or … honestly there’s no helping this kid, daddy definitely wasn’t around… I went in and there was 1 person ahead of me ordering two subs, I myself was ordering two subs. One older man and two other couples walked in after me and that’s it. This guy, with really bad tattoos gets visibly upset and vocal. It got very uncomfortable and he said out loud, I’m not getting out of here until 10:30” it’s 7:25 dinner rush mind you and they close at 9:30. He started aggressively opening and closing things and after every thing I asked for on my sub he would say, “is that it” in a manner of rushing and just making me uncomfortable. If you don’t believe me please pull the cameras. This dude needs to stop making subs if it upsets him so much and maybe do a different job. I’m not sure what else honestly he’s absolutely cooked.

This location sucks, so does Subway in general now. Used to love it and had it every week and after not having it for years I decided to give it a try… You shouldn’t have to violently explode in the bathroom before finishing your meal. Sandwiches weighed 1/4 of what they used to and the quality is horrible with everything being double the price.. got a rotisserie “style” chicken footlong with double meat and most veggies to have this slimy tiny little sandwich for $14… Never again

Placed an order online, went to pick up the order and they tried to rip of 6 cookies. They said they got the order but didn’t see the cookies so I had to run to my car to grab my phone to prove they couldn’t read. Once they had proof their eyes dont work they continued to be rude and state they were out of chocolate chip cookies and didnt know what to do. One girl said it would take 5 mins to make more, while the guy said 30. Its never been more clear that 2 people did not want to work, we had to ask them to sub the cookies which wasn’t a big deal, however, it shouldn’t be like pulling teeth. Thanks!

Employees are not perfect but I could care less. Im not a person who likes crazy peppy and happy people. Food is great, only reason why it’s 3 star is once in a while they will be closed randomly. It’s only been a a handful of times but it was been times after 6:30….but other than that I love that place!

Not happy with the way I was treated at this Subway. A lady named Kris was very unfriendly. I was telling her how I wanted my order and she snapped at me. I was very polite and didn’t deserve the way I was spoke to. Don’t plan on getting what you want at this location if Kris is helping you. There was a younger boy there who was friendly and polite. To bad they can’t find better employees. Will try to avoid this location from now on.

I came here last Saturday and the guy working at night was so kind, friendly, and positive which was nice cause I’ve had lots of bad experiences at Subway. He was quick and made my sandwich very delicious!

I will never purchase a thing at this location as long as KRIS is working. I was there to get 7 subs and 2 dozen cookies and she was very rude when I came to the cookies. I wanted to order them first knowing they would take a while because they were out of them. She informed me they would take a 25 minutes or more because she needed to make some for the “customers first”! I was willing to wait and she went on about someone Pacing while waiting yeasterday for cookies. I left without dinner and cookies for us 7.
This isn’t the first time she has been rude when I ha e been there.
