The Chagrin Falls Gionino’s Pizzeria makes the best pizza in the entire area. We just ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers with extra sauce and it was delicious. Unless you want to wait for 2 hours plus for your delivery, do not order from here for delivery. They did not even reach out for the delay. I called twice. The first time they were not remotely helpful. Said it would be here in 15-20m. 2.5 hours after I originally ordered my order I called and canceled it. Again – they were not even remotely sorry for the inconvenience.

This place just hit it out of the park. We ordered from here Saturday night. They let us know delivery would be 45min-1hr. Which was fine, its Saturday night. 27 minutes later, the delivery guys shows up with piping hot pizza. The freshest pizza I have ever had in my life. That night we decided to order something different. We ordered the Gionino’s Best. It is called the best for a reason. Best and most flavorful pizza. The cheese/topping/sauce ratios were on point. Who ever is running that place and making those pies are doing an outstanding job.
