We ordered two subs which quickly arrived at our table they looked great the French fries were delicious and they have Hines vinegar to put on them. Italian sub was good and the cheese steak sub was great. They came around and offered us a small chocolate chip cookie very tasty and was a nice surprise for us

Penn Station is probably my favorite chain sub place! I love the sandwiches, especially the cheese steak. The meet starts raw and is cooked on flat top with the onios and mushrooms, then put in the bread and toasted with the cheese. So good. Building is nice and new. About 6 tables inside, didnt see any outside. Expect about 10 mins wait for sandwich as they cook it all fresh when you order…but definitely worth the wait. Will be back many times.

Food was decent however they messed up one sub when asked for only lettuce and tomatoes no cheese as toppings they put almost everything topping wise that goes onto the classic Italian. The young blonde girl at the counter laughed at my when he didn’t know what type of bread he wanted. Customer service is not good there would not go again.

Great Italian Sub! I had them make it warm, which means they run it through a small mini pizza oven track. Fries were okay. I’ve had better, and I’ve had worse. In and out in approximately 10 min.

Food tasted very off.. Didn’t even put cheese on my sandwich. Fries were soggy and foul tasting.. yuck the sandwich was really disgusting though.

I placed an online order and within 5 minutes of submitting it, I realized it was at the wrong location. I immediately called and explained my error and asked if they could cancel it. The girl who answered said yes and would refund back to my account. 2 weeks later, I still have not gotten a refund.

The gentleman on the grill was very short with me, which okay I guess making customers feel like they are wanted doesn’t matter anymore. The girl at the register was very pleasant atleast, but dropped some on my fries on the counter as she was trying to shove the cup in a sub bag, and scooped them up off the counter and tossed them in my bag.Normally I wouldn’t care if it was the actual food counter, but it was by the register. I had plenty of scraps of fries to fill my cup, very few full fries. But what got to me the most was what I seen happening with the tea on the counter. It was in open top clear pitchers with nothing covering the tops of the pitcher’s to keep anything from getting in it. The store was already dirty with food on the floor. But that completely was disgusting to me, and I will never get a drink there knowing what I seen for myself. I highly doubt I will return to that penn station again.

Yeah this was a joke I placed my online order and it was supposed to be ready at 2:30 p.m. I arrive go to the pickup sign location and no one greets me. I then go to the place order here line. Wait in line for 3 minutes. To be greeted with how can I help you. My reply is my name is Ellen I have a pickup for E. Trinity is the name on my receipt looks at me and says go ahead whenever you’re ready. I repeat myself. Adding I already paid. She pushes some buttons and says that will be $9.99 please. For the third time I reiterated I have ordered online and I’m here for pickup no one greeted me down there and I am not paying twice for the sandwich
