Decent for theme park food and the line moved quick. First-time visit, the app wasn’t working, and most restaurants not open yet for the season…so I grabbed the first thing that looked decent that was on the all-park meal plan. Would likely have chosen another restaurant if the app had been working and other restaurants open. Condiments station was extremely messy outside and no wheelchair seating was available anywhere near the restaurant so I had to pack my meal up and leave to find a table.

Food was decent, however there was no ice in the drink machine and there were no napkins. For $20+ per meal, the basics would be nice to have. Also, 10 minute wait for chicken strips and chicken sandwiches when there was no line. One would think that a restaurant named “Chicken Shack” would have an abundance of chicken ready to be served.

Do Not come here. Me and my friends all ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. I’m at a loss of words to write this review. The sandwich was hotter than a ghost pepper no exaggeration with absolutely no warning. (I enjoy spicy things and have a high tolerance.)this was to hot to enjoy and the flavor was disgusting. 17 bucks to eat with a small amount of fries it was smelly it wasn’t fresh. The cashier was extremely lazy and unhelpful. Place smells like BO and it’s very sticky and dirty. Would give 0 stars if possible

Chicken tasted incredible. Cooked to perfection and the seasoning was on point. In my opinion rivals Canes or Zaxbys in quality. However it was only 3 tenders for $18 but there were lots of fries which were also very good.

If I could rate it as 0 stars I would. I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken tenders that were rubbery, overly moist, and tasted like absolutely nothing. It was worse than the boiled chicken I feed my dog as a treat. The chicken had zero flavor and looked like less crispy fish and chips. When I saw the chicken tenders, I literally asked the cashier “is this chicken?” bc it didn’t look like it. I had to pay $16 for it but it wasn’t worth $1.50. Terrible food, bad service— don’t waste your time by coming here.
