I placed an online order for delivery with specific requests to cut sandwich kn half…it was not. Not only that, the bread was as hard as a Countertop and crunched when u ate it. Super disappointed. Im gonna call and get a refund or a new sandwich delivered to me at their expense. Can’t even go anywhere without having bad food and bad service and they want 15 dollars an hour..whatever

Jimmy Johns in jacksonville is a bit above the regular cut. My only issue is once or twice I’ve had a rather rude cashier. But the food itself has never been wrong or substandard so for cheap deli sandwich this is the clear winner.

Our office at the Journal Courier ordered a group lunch. I ordered a slim john #1 (little john #1) plain…meaning no cheese or condiments. When I received it….it was only a bun!! I called and asked for the correct sandwich and NEVER received it. Hopefully I will never have to eat anything from there again! Jacksonville IL is the location.

So I eat here quite frequently, that is until yesterday… I use jimmy johns because normally there moto is its freaky fast ; not yesterday I ordered on line before they opened at 11 …12 pm came around and I finally called …they told me it should be here and I said its not he says well give it 5 min and hung up on me….finally at like 1250 it showed I have never had to wait almost 2 hours especially whenim less than a mile away and I’ve never been treated so rudly on the phone …get it together jimmy John’s because of the hassle and time and rudeness you lost a good customer and 25 dollars for a sand and chips no thank you your food ain’t that special ! Its not freaky fast is freaky slow !

I ordered a #17 with everything on it and to add mustard. Also orders a pickle which I got cut correctly and a bag of chips which was the correct kind. What I got for my sandwich was very little meat way less then normal, no mustard, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Freaky fast was more like 45 minutes. I won’t order from here again since I was scammed out of my money. I also ordered hours before they closed.

Tried to order online to redeem a free red velvet dessert that was on their rewards app. Couldn’t order online because apparently it wasn’t working. Then tried calling the location, but they hung right up. So rude. Customer service is usually way better than this, so I was very disappointed tonight.
