I had eaten here before and had a so so meal. Waited a year and tried again and it still was meh. The consumme’ that came with my birria tacos was more grease than flavor, and my Carne asada Torta was bland as well. I was expecting tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños, avocados, and meat. It had a small slice of a tomato asking with a sprinkle of lettuce and at least a decent portion of meat. And their success now come in packets which tells me they are not from scratch like they use to be. I was disappointed. Barely ate half of it. Roughly 20 dollars wasted.

I ordered the quesabirria plate and added a consomme’ which was an additional dollar, which I was fine with. But I was not fine with the fact that it was straight oil. It tastes like old cooking oil, no onions, cilantro, broth, just straight oil. I called several times to try to rectify the situation, but there was no answer. This was the second mishap for me, so I guess this may not be the taco tuck for me.

I’ve been to a lot of mexican food trucks and I have to say, the quality here is not good, I asked for asada mulitas and I got ground beef with 0 flavor i didnt even try the beans.. the rice was mushy, and not tasty for $10 I only ate 1 of the 3 mulitas.. the relish carrots were crap.. I’ve had better out of a great value can.. tasted like a chopped soggy carrot.. would hope to see this place do better. It used to be very good years ago..

I have been here six or eight times and it had always been outstanding. I most recently had the birria tacos and the were crazy good. The beans and rice are nice sides but they tacos were insane. I have also got the asada tacos several times and they are great, too.

Would NOT recommend unless you like making your own tacos. The quality here has decreased since they hired new workers. I ordered a taco plate and the tacos weren’t even made. They just put everything In the box so I had to make them myself. The meat was not cut or chopped just thrown on top of my side of beans. Also the tortillas weren’t done they still had a doughy texture.

This is honestly the best Taco Truck in the Mid-Del area. Prior to this one i used to always drive to the southside for good truck tacos. After i seen somebody rave about this truck i decided to give them a chance. Their Tacos are amazing, when i gave them my cash for the food i watched the employee turn around and wash his hands!!!! it something that is supposed to happen but unfortunately you do not see it often. 10/10 I would highly recommend
