This place is the epitome of doing one thing phenomenally well and that is enough!
The burger was all fresh ingredients that complemented each other to perfection, the fries were actual potatoes cut and fried and heaped in the bag!
Even the free peanuts were crunchy and delicious!
The atmosphere was perfection!

Even though I’m giving you 5 stars I have 2 things to address. But the Pros: Restaurant looked very clean even the bathrooms. The workers were friendly and pleasant. Normally I’m not a fan of people welcoming by yelling at you as soon as you walk in, but here it felt like they meant it quite honestly. The food was decent, too. Now the two critiques. Music is slightly too loud. If im asking about a burger and your guy/girl is yelling or has to yell to talk over the music, thats a problem for me at least. They called my number and I wasn’t able to discern if it was me. The music was good otherwise cause it was a mix of all different genres. Now, the other thing. The Buns you use are not good at all and do not hold up well. Even Wendy’s has buns that stand up to their burgers and they’re just as fresh. If 5 Guys is reading this, ditch the peanuts that sit there and get some better bread, lol. There’s no reason a $20 burger and fry should have soft busted bread not made to hold everything thrown at it. As I was walking out, I looked at the guy who came in after me, and even he was suffering trying to keep it together. Again, this prolly has nothing to do with the franchise itself. I will go back at some point, but please fix the bread or start handing out silverware.

I felt like I hadn’t had Five Guys in years so when I noticed one nearby, I decided to stop by. The place is spotless. Management here runs a clean, efficient ship. The entire staff greets you when you walk in & they announce to eachother when they spot a drive-thru or walk-in customer approaching. They take pride in taking care of the customers. I started to place my order then was reminded why I stopped going to Five Guys when I saw that a cheeseburger was $11.49 & a large fry… $8.39. A regular sized drink (medium in most fast food places) is $3.09! Just completely outrageous pricing. In end I spent over $25 for a cheeseburger, fries & drink, but at least I get those wonderful free peanuts that hardly anybody touches (sarcasm.) The food took way longer than expected…probably about 15-20 minutes when there was nobody ahead of me & it being a ghost town overall.
Is the food good? Of course, it always is fantastic. Five Guys sets the gold standard for smash burgers. On the otherhand there’s a reason why Five Guys is empty most of the time. The brand desperately needs to change their business model. For one stop buying pallets of peanuts & just keep a sack in the back that customers can request scoops from. That way you don’t have to jack up prices to cover the peanut expense. Slicing up a 2-3 potatoes & throwing them in oil doesn’t justify the $8 price tag.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. I could see the staff leader kindly showing the others working how to do things with patience. The food was just as expected. In only with it was not as expensive and they could work on the cleanliness a bit more. It was lunch hour and there were quite a bit fry crumbs by the pick up area.

First timer. Placed a delivery order. They completely disregarded everything I asked for on my burger. My burger arrived very sloppy with just bread , cheese and a pattie. Everything I requested is on the burger is listed on the receipt stapled to the bag so why wasn’t it on my burger? Can’t even finish the burger nor enjoy my meal because it’s too much meat with no veggies . Just very overwhelming . A complete waste of money and disgusting. Will not return
