Went there for lunch and they did not disappoint! I had the beef bulgogi and my wife had the Korean Carbonara Noodle. Delicious and served at perfect temperature and was absolutely delicious! Excellent service from wonderful employees. Excellent atmosphere and convenient location in Cave Springs. We will definitely be back!

Noodle factory has become my new go-to spot for a quick and delicious dinner!! Everything I’ve gotten here has been so flavorful, and the service is always super fast. The ramen broth is so good I want to drink it, and whatever they marinate those eggs in is addictive – I often add an extra.
The chicken katsu curry has become my new favorite comfort meal — it is so cozy and delicious, and I can’t wait to eat it on many a cold evening this fall and winter. Please everyone go here, so they stay in business a long, long time and I can keep eating their food

If I could rate higher, I would. I ordered delivery and had the absolute best experience. My order was packaged carefully and with safety in mind! The quality of the food? Absolutely astounding. You can taste the love in every bite. As someone who typically doesn’t feel extremely motivated by food, this meal brought tears of joy to my eyes. I will absolutely be returning! Noodle Factory has earned the title of my #1 Comfort Food spot.

The place is clean and a great spot to dine. The food is affordable and delicious. I ordered their tonkotsu ramen; it was well seasoned, and you must try it with their chili oil.

Absolutely delicious!

We sat at the bar and watched the staff make the food. They were very nice and worked hard to get the food out quickly. All the food was great and served piping hot. The soups were really tasty, the buns were perfectly fluffy, and I particularly enjoyed all the sides!

My only critique is they’re using and discarding a lot of plastic. Hopefully they will change to reusable bowls and provide recycling containers for soda cans at least.

This is a truly special little restaurant—clean, refreshing, and charmingly unpretentious. The décor is simple, with nothing flashy, yet it’s hard to believe that the best Tonkotsu ramen in all of Roanoke comes from such an understated place. The noodles are perfectly springy with a satisfying bite, and the broth is rich, silky, and deeply flavorful. While the chashu is slightly understated, it does nothing to diminish the overall brilliance of the broth.

The staff and the owner are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I will absolutely be coming back—for this bowl of Tonkotsu ramen alone.

If I’m being honest, I was very disappointed with my visit. I had been looking forward to trying this place. We are regulars at another Ramen spot but wanted to try here as well. When I walked in, I was met with a cashier who seemed to hate people and her job. There was no “hello how are you”. There was absolutely no smiling. Just very dry and straight faced. No have a nice day. No happy holiday. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by even being there lol.

I had questions about the menu and needed to ask for the chef because her answer was “she didn’t know” but she made no effort to go and find out. A smile goes a long way. You’re working for a restaurant.

Now onto the food, the portion size is very small. I ordered a side of kimchi and was disappointed to see it was store bought and with what they charge, you can just stop at the store and buy your own Kimchi. It will be cheaper. The potstickers or dumplings were also very tiny. It was a mini size and didn’t match the price. I actually have a bag of those in my freezer, I could have just sauteed some.

I ordered the Korean Carbonera pasta/ramen and it didn’t have a lot of flavor so then I was even more disappointed. I felt like I was eating plain noodles I am not sure if the liquid sauce maybe absorbed all the seasoning or not. I did enjoy the chicken that came with the dish and I wish there was more. I’m giving a 3 star because the restaurant was clean and the chef was nice. My husband ordered spicy ramen and he said it was good but not the best he’s had. He also mentioned that the portion was small as well.

I used to live in Japan and it made me feel was eating at the noodle restaurant by sitting at the counter in Japan. The noodles is very delicious and authentic, I hope he have also gyoza and Chahan ( Japanese fried rice) in his menu.
To complete the japan experience most to other customers haven’t been in Japan . The owner and the girl at the counter was so kind and friendly. Highly recommended.
