TERRIBLE! I have no idea why the mall lets them stay. The meat was flavorless, and the rice wasn’t fried – just soaked in sauce. My wife and I couldn’t finish our meals and threw them away – it’s really that bad. They up-charge you when asking for things that are normally included in the meal. The employees are not respectful. I wanted to eat one here because there is a similar one in Orem but they are way better and completely different.

This is my favorite spot to eat when I am at the mall! They have some of the best rice and chicken I’ve had. The people working are wonderful. The portions are great. I highly recommend you to try this place!!

Me and my brother went to this restaurant to get some food and the manager with no name tag to identify them (conveniently) was rude and disrespectful, she up charged us and didn’t educate us that certain items would cost more. All of the employees have no gloves and haven’t seen them wash their hands ONCE since waiting for my food. We get our order and there’s a long hair right on top of my food, took my food back to have them remake it and they sat and watched me so they could just throw it right back on the grill and reserve it to me. At that point my brother asked for a refund on my food. They gave him a hard time and was rude and was mocking him as he was sitting there trying to get his refund. I WILL NOT GO HERE EVER AGAIN.

Came in around 1pm New Year’s Day, greeted either blatant disrespect seems like racism honestly which is fine but the lack of care, no gloves, moving from register to food immediately, then turning around rubbing her face then going back to food. I’m assuming it’s the manager because there’s a girl serving samples and Oscar the one using the flattop was also very rude and disrespectful. I walked up after my brothers food had a hair in it, was going to get it remade till they were rude, asked him not to worry about that 8 (which was my number) Oscar than goes”why didn’t you tell me that before” I responded “I’m telling you right now” obviously a little upset after the continuous blatant disrespect he than got upset and as I was walking back to the register he mocks me and goes “I’m telling you right now” in a childish voice with a squinted face. I know it’s the mall but I was going to Osaka Japan cause the experience was always pleasant beforehand. Won’t ever be back. The manager and Oscar were a horrible experience. Shoutout to the sample girl for giving me Oscar’s name, Oscar refused to give me the manager name.

I am absolutely furious about the experience I had at your establishment. Not only was my order completely wrong, but I was treated with blatant disrespect by one of your employees. When I tried to explain the issue in Spanish—which should not have been a problem-he refused to communicate in anything but broken English, even though it was obvious he wasn’t understanding what I was saying.
I clearly stated what I ordered, yet he kept insisting I had ordered chicken-something I absolutely cannot stand and would never order. As someone who works in fast food myself, I know how simple it is to correct a mistake and treat a customer with basic respect. Instead, I was met with incompetence and attitude.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will NEVER be coming back-this place has lost a customer permanently.

Came back and service was great. Delicious teriyaki and rice. Missed this place while we lived in Houston. Haven’t found a place like it since. The chicken and noodle is delicious as well. Five stars on Also offer utensils for guests please.

Solid 1 star experience. Pure rice and like 2 pieces of beef like $18. I was hoping it’d be good as the one in fashion place mall. That one has the same beef plate except they cover the rice with beef for the same price. This one is like a scam.

Cashier kiddo red hair brown skim kinda chubby Spanish speaking was really confusing on explaining things in both languages. She couldn’t get things straight. She wanted to charge $7 dlls just to get noodles in my plate. And $13dlls just for the chicken and veggies. So I ordered 2 and she came up $30 dlls when it was supposed to be 23 dlls. She was ridiculous! Me and my 13 family members will never come back to this location is not th3 first time they do this. And will let know my friends about this ridiculous place. Trying to charge more than what it shows on the menu!

servers are great! big smiles, makes you feel welcome, they did get my order wrong, but they remade it right, and didn’t make a big deal out of it…however.. the food, is pretty nasty.. I ordered steamed rice and chicken, because lets fave it steams cabbage isn’t my favorite, so rice and meat only, the rice was great, could have used more sauce, but I didn’t really ask so that’s on me, but the “chicken”.. is gross. straight up, nasty. chewy, and rubber, there was literally a piece of just skin.. no meat. that kind of ruined it for me. suffice to say, i wont be heading back anytime soon.
