I absolutely love 4 Guys Bistro! This is definitely one of my favorite places to come get Pho. I just had their Bahn Mi sandwich and it was absolutely phenomenal. It never disappoints and I alway recommend it to everyone. I can’t wait to bring my sisters!

This place is so good. I have never left unsatisfied. The owner is a sweet heart. I recommend going. I feel like family going in with my Uncle Lance and Grandma Norma. He calls her mom. Great people and even better food. Go support them

I could easily eat here twice a week. It’s nice that the owner greets you. As much as I go he usually already knows what I want to order. The slice beef pho is my go to. Amazing everytime. The spring rolls are fresh and burst with flavor.

I had the chicken pho and it was delicious, packed with flavor. One of the best phos I’ve ever had, so glad it’s here in Topeka. No need to go to Lawrence or KC for pho anymore

Pho? Tastes fairly good, but not worth $8, and it’s at the lower end of pho I’ve had. The rest of the food? It’s barely okay. The service? They’re polite enough that they’re not outright rude, but they don’t prioritize service over business, and they can be brusque. The kicker is the price, though. Nothing here is worth what they charge for it. For half the price, I can get more pho from almost any other restaurant that has it. Everything is overpriced, but then they charge for credit card transactions (4% or 5%—who knows? THEY SURE DON’T) and there’s a fee for getting your order to go. So the $8 small pho (which isn’t enough to fill up an empty stomach) becomes $10 if you get it to go and pay with a card. That’s a 25% markup that goes nowhere except to them—and for nothing at all, no benefit to me, only to them. The only organization that charges more for less is the government. Credit card processing fees aren’t that high, they’re normally 1% (unless you went with a card processor that scams you out of 3.5%, but that’s really high), but even so, those fees need to be built into the prices. It might be legal to charge card fees now, but it’s still bad for business. Considering how much this place charges already, their markup can absorb those costs, unless they’re just really, really bad with money. Come to think of it, yeah, it’s probably just that last thing. Hire a budget consultant. Reduce your overhead. Get a different card processor. Reduce wasteful spending. From what I can tell, just based on what I can see as a customer, you’re sinking money into things that don’t matter, and paying for them by charging the customers more. It’s stressing everyone out, and that stress is coming across the counter. I hope you can last, but I don’t think you will without making lots of changes, and fast.
