For the second time…disappointment was imminent.
Not only did the pizza arrive cold…not only did the toppings slide off of the pizza…the “buffalo sauce” drenched the entirety of the pizza and pooled along the side of the box. It was, in a word, tragic.

Ordered a pizza on lunch break. Accepted my order. Recieved confirmation. Waited for 45 mins. Called and worker let me know they don’t have any delivery drivers. Didn’t call us to let us know that, didnt update us on our order, and I just checked and they are still accepting delivery orders. Complete lack of customer service. We have problems with this location often from wrong orders, burnt pizzas, and now this. Officially done using this location.

I was the first customer of the day. The pizza was perfect I haven’t had a PH pizza that good in years. I was eating pizza in my car in the parking lot, the owner surprised me by knocking on my window he brought extra napkins out to me. So nice, great pizza, and wonderful service.

The food was good, I specifically asked that whoever delivers our order to not give it to one of my workers on my property, and the delivery person did in fact, give all of the food to the workers, and the workers ate the large pizza that was meant for me and my family for dinner that night. I also called on the phone and asked to have some paper plates sent with the food, gentleman on the phone said we don’t have paper plates, but I will send something that you can use, they sent about, 6 inches worth of napkins!

It is a Pizza Hut. If you had one, you had all. The pizza is fine. I have never had an issue with this place and it has always been quick to be delivered without issue. Bear in mind, this location uses DoorDash to deliver your pizza if you choose delivery.

Pizza Hut follows in the tradition of many other established businesses that put profit over service. Their quality has consistently gone downhill, and their prices keep going up. I see now why they got rid of the dining areas. If your pizza is bad, nobody has to look at you, and there’s no manager to complain to. I give them 2 years before they go out of business.

We had a garlicky craving, so we ordered some knots . They said 15 minutes we got there in 10 and they were ready to go , nice and piping hot. Customer service was great. The only issue was the extra charge for using a credit or debit card . I’m not sure why that is , I never experienced this in the past from Pizza Hut . If it wasn’t for the customer service I would have given a 3 star ⭐️
