5/5 Bulldog’s is the best spot for cheesesteaks in the area. Personally don’t eat beef so I love that they have chicken options. The staff have great energy and whipped up our order very quickly. True to the Philly experience with loaded cheese wiz. I also recommend getting a side of the chipotle mayo.

I didn’t really expect the sandwich to be this good. Very flavorful, packed with good meats cheeses and not skimpy on the Italian sauce. Good value at around 15 bucks a sandwich, that thing had to weight like 2 pounds.
All the people behind the counter were very friendly.
The cafeteria style isn’t exactly something you’d want to sit in, unless you had nowhere to go… but it’s super clean and minimalist, and the wrap around windows make it bright and nice. And the park is right there if you want a little ambiance.

The staff were very nice and friendly. They made the food in a timely manner as well. However, I ordered the Classic Chicken Wrap and three pieces of chicken in my wrap had gristle. Absolutely gross!!! Also, the sandwich was drenched with way too much sauce and ranch and turned out to be a huge mess. The wrap fell apart and sauce was falling everywhere. It destroyed what could have been a good wrap. Also, the tables were filthy and the floor was slippery. So sad to leave this review with such nice employees.

Ordered the Chicken Philly Cheesesteak….it was ok. It was a special order but the problem was it was very dry. It needed some sort of sauce. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they didn’t have any mozzarella sauce, only ranch….very disappointing. If I had known that initially wouldn’t have ordered!

Let me start by saying that cheesesteaks always disappoint me with one exception Bulldog’s. It’s done just right. Not too greasy, the meat is not shredded beyond recognition and the onions are perfect caramelized and the bread is not that gummy bread but has some texture. It’s a spotless place and I love the staff, a friendly group.

Gotta be honest, I went to go try this place solely because of the owner responses to the reviews. They were hilarious. The food was just okay, I may go back and try some different selections. It was a decent portion of food, but still a little pricey for my liking but ya know…inflation

Great food. I’m not usually a fan of cheesesteaks, but I tried a bite of my boyfriend’s, and it was delicious. If I had to eat a cheesesteak, it would be this one. I got the OG Chicken which was also delicious, and the fries with Cajun seasoning were great. Price was a bit high but the amount of food more than made up for it. The guy behind the counter was friendly and the inside of the restaurant was clean and pleasant.

Soooo amazing. So clean and friendly staff. We had the Junkyard Philly with Cajun fries and Loaded Philly with salt and vinegar fries. It was soooo good. Served very hot.

Slugger is legit, it has a nice spicy kick but it’s not overpowering. The meat itself is very high quality and you can taste it. Salt n Vinegar fries are very good especially with ketchup. Treat yourself to a slugger and you won’t be disappointed.

I had a horrible experience here last night. We waited over 30 min for our food but the people who came in well after us was serviced first. I won’t pull the race card however the cooks were rude. When I asked how much longer would it be the one guy made a comment and smirked at the other one as if I said something funny, I started to ask for my money back which I wish I had if I spent almost 60.00 for rude service! My daughter asked the young man with the darker hair if our order was ready he just blatantly ignored her! Maybe you can check the cameras we were there around 830 ish I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap which he put on the grill so the lettuce was warm and disgusting! I would not recommend this place and hopefully the owner speaks with the rude workers!!!!
