The worst location ever.. This is second night in a row coming here. The first night I completely cancelled my order because the manager Ema was rushing me with my order in the drive thru and got it completely wrong. Tonight I proceeded inside and stood there for about 7 minutes before anyone greeted me. But the manager on shift was very pleasant and nice. I appreciate her. But the food was poorly made. Where’s the lettuce and then who eats bacon on one side of their sandwiches… please do better for us customers who pay for the food. I don’t want to have to go across town to the other location

My Son and I came here at approximately 2:20 pm, we waited at the drive-through intercom for five minutes, and no one ever answered us. I drove around to the first window in a very sweet young lady named Tiffany opened her window and I said do they not take orders to the drive-through? she said yes, ma’am did they not take your order? I said no ma’am they didn’t she said what can I get for you? Very sweet and kind. I Pulled up to the second window in the young lady didn’t know what was going on. She started to enter our order and then we said no ma’am the young lady back there already took our order and we already paid. She says oh OK. Let me get your order together. Now it’s been officially 20 minutes that we’ve been sitting here and the only thing we ordered was 2 12 piece chicken fries and a large frozen Coke.

The incompetence is truly amazing. Pulled up and got greeted, and was ready to give my order and while I was doing so, another car pulled up. They proceeded to completely ignore me and take the other person’s order who just pulled up.
Asked for a burger with only cheese, ketchup, mayo and onions and they put everything on it.
How hard is it to take orders based on when people pull up? How difficult can it possible be to read an order and assemble it accordingly? It wasn’t even busy. There was nobody inside, and there were 2 cars.
Paying over $30 for awful service and incorrect food is insane.

First let me say, not a huge fan of take out or fast food but on those days when work goes way too long and a wrench is thrown in my day, I will settle and since BK is on my way and I had a coupon…BK it is! This latest adventure at BK, I ordered a large chicken meal with no ice in the drink and no salt on the fries. I pull up, check in the greeter was very cordial, asked how I was doing this was great! on to the window. Get there to a huge cup of ice then sent to parking. A few minutes later I get a bag, no second greeting, fine. I look in the bag, is this a large? No but that is salt. Really? Get around the corner to the house, yes that is salt on your cold fries and yes, that is half a piece of chicken on your sweet bread. Not sure how the brioche craze started but why is it a thing? Not overly excited about it but it’s late and I’m tired.

Went thru the drive thru the shift manager and the crew did not know how to do the survey. I told them I would like to redeem my survey I took and get my free whopper . Shift manager act like he did not know what to do or never hear of the survey on the back of the receipt . Crew and the shift manager look crazy.

This is by far the WORST Burger King I’ve ever been to. I swear they don’t make the food until you’re at the window. I’ve waited over 30 minutes to even place an order. If I wasn’t so late I would have gone elsewhere. Don’t waist your time.

The store was impeccably clean from the back to the front, and the manager on duty displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication. I would certainly choose to dine at this Burger King establishment. The current time is 4:55 PM on the 26th of July, and the store was operating flawlessly.

I don’t know what the heck is going on with this place lately but I have made small orders like a drink and cookies and have to wait in the parking lot for my food. I’ve had to call and ask where my food is and go in and ask where my food was. Where is a regional manager or someone to fire and rehire because this place has gone down the drain and is ridiculous!
