This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten food back that was either 1) wrong and 2) given to me disgusting and messy. No napkins were given either. If there are new hires, I cannot sympathize with feeling okay serving a customer a messy taco like this one. Sauce was everywhere, on the bag given to me, all over the wrappers. The quesadilla I ordered twice now had inaccurate items in them. I got a burrito and potatoes were put in it? Didn’t even ask for them? Just overall downhill.

Amount of money spent at Taco Bell they should be giving out the correct quantity of items.
Always missing something from this place with little to no communication when receiving food.
I understand being under staffed but we ordered 20 minutes prior to going to the restaurant.
Than waiting another 10/15 minutes in line with no communication on what they have and don’t.
Missing items that could’ve been substituted and the minimal communication and tone makes it hard to address constant issues like these.
They should also have the boxes instead of throwing everything in the bag so it’s easier to access items to check before leaving the line

The Tacobell in Chester NY is the worse. The staff always forget food items, make sure you’re checking your bag before leaving. Also, the staff barley puts any meat in their food items. Basically eating a plain flour tortilla.

We ordered and it was rung up completely incorrectly and was $15 more than what I had ordered. I told them and instead of apologizing they made a face at me and asked me what I ordered. After waiting to the point of wanting to leave, The food that did come out was really bad, and the hard taco in my combo was completely soaking wet with some liquid and it got all of the napkins at the bottom of the bag wet. Really gross. Will not be coming back.

Place was dirty. All tables covered in food. Was waiting at counter to place my order, staff did not greet or pay attention to me. Had to place order at kiosk. Food came out. Taco shell were broken which Galena. But it wasn’t wrapped properly. Went to grab good but they fell out of wrapper. Soda machine was a mess and not working correctly. Went for one drink and only syrup came out of the spout but water was spraying out of every where and so over. Went to another soda and was out. Went to try the tea and the handle was broken. Staff said they know and that was the end of it. Never again. Not only this one but most taco bells are disappointing.

waited over 20 min for food on drive tru and nobody was even there. I staff that was in back was filthy and gross. He was moving very slow did not care about that there was 3 other vehicle behind me after me sitting there.

Came to pick up two door dash orders, they weren’t complete upon arrival. There are 4 visible staff members who are aware of my orders not being completed. The staff does NOT have any sense of urgency. They seem to not care at all.

Always love me some Taco Bell, but this location is remarkably slow… and the worst part? You can’t get Baja Blast at the drive thru or the app. Fountain inside has it, but it’s not listed in the app and they won’t let you order it at the drive thru. Always have to park after, dump it, and refill it inside!

Stay away from this Taco bell. Extremely disappointing. I drove from 20 minutes away. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and felt like something was off. I didn’t realize until I was halfway through eating it that they didn’t include the tortilla strips in it which is the while point. There was therefore no crunch at all. Would not be surprised if other ingredients were missing as well because it did not taste as usual. Girl at window did not even ask if I wanted sauce like they do at other locations. I had to ask for hot sauce after the bag was already handed to me. IT WAS $17!!!!!! for a grilled cheese burrito, 2 regular tacos and a lemonade… food was not worth that price or service. I’m tired of these fast food chains thinking they are top tier food. People already can’t afford food and this is the service you provide? Get it together.
