I visited Taco Bell yesterday and tried the new slow roasted cheesy chicken burritos along with the chicken chalupa and it was fresh and delicious. I returned today to get the same thing but instead of being charged for the slow roasted cheesy burritos I was rang up for a chicken grilled cheese burrito, I didn’t realize the difference until I made it home. Also the bread on my chalupa was tough compared to yesterday’s. My spouse went back to the establishment to get the slow roasted cheesy chicken burritos and instead of receiving chicken we were given steak. Taste wise it was good but I was really looking forward to the chicken.

Garbage! Every time we get the wrong order. May be just a Thompson thing, but seems no one ever like their job. So unenthusiastic. Messed up the order. Attitude. Ordered a crunch wrap combo and the Chicken Chalupa Combo. Got bitter tasting cinnamon twists, 3 cheese rollups, 3 tacos with just meat , random quesadilla with paper thin filling. Felt like just the tortillas. 2 random undercooked donuts. It was only 8pm and we got the doggy bag of the kitchen! Won’t be going back, not hard to get it right. Should’ve known considering it was “ready” the moment I got to the window….

When our order was being handed to us through the drive through window it ripped and all our tacos went straight to the ground. Obviously an accident! But the employee by the name “Zachary L” (as it was printed on the receipt) NEEDS A RAISE! From taking our order, to replacing it and even throwing in some free taco vouchers and an extra taco with our order, his attitude, personality & friendliness was a 10/10! And quite honestly not something you ever get anymore with any fast food service. We are thankful to have had such an experience!

I think Taco Bell franchisee need more attention on this location. Whenever I come to this location at night time they have small fire either fryer not working. I didn’t see any fire trucks if fire happened. and this things always happen at night time specially . Everything looks fine around here just lazy employees don’t want to work, they should change hours of operation if they don’t want to work very disappointed ☹️ 5th time experience

Angel was extremely rude. She rushed me to place my order and then it seemed like I was asking for too much. I simply ordered 6 soft shell tacos supreme. I asked for mild sauce and she rudely said she would put the sauce in the bag. Btw, the food was ice cold.
I will not come back to Taco Bell. Sad because I really liked Taco Bell. But never again!
Your food cost must be thru the roof. I got 34 ss packs of mild sauce, and at least 35 napkins.
