Don’t waste your time putting in an online order and specify a pick up time as they won’t have them made until you go inside and ask. Huge waste of time because this location clearly doesn’t understand how online order works.

Great place to go to grab a quick bite! I love that it’s connected to the gas station so you can pick up any other odds and ends you might need. Fast and friendly service. Very clean and kept up with well. Employees are nice and they have a great selection of subs, highly recommend to others!

Super understaffed, which I know can be hard on other employees, but they don’t seem to care about their job anyone. Couple times I went in they had their friends hangout behind the counter, or standing in the way of customers bs-ing. Super unprofessional. Seems like the manager didn’t really care about my concerns when I called. Only employee that seemed to care about customers left (Casper or cass I think her name was?) and it went downhill after that. Work right up the road and it took almost my entire lunch period to get one sandwhich, on multiple occasions.

With all the new nice food options popping up, it’ll probably be closed within a year.

I came to this location for a quick lunch and I odered a flat bread asked for pickles on it and was told they don’t have pickles. Come on what subway doesn’t have pickles. My friend ordered a wrap and was given a flat bread she said something and the dude looked at her and said I’m making this a wrap and can. Complete unpleasant experience.

My wife and I stopped In for dinner. I had a sub which was not good. The bread was stuff as hell.Hers was fine, mine was not. I had chicken teriyaki sub, I said not toasted. So they didn’t even warm up the meat and served everything cold. The counter was filthy with a knife covered in mayo and mustard just sitting there with food sitting on the counter.. As we sat down to eat as I discovered the cold chicken. We hear the guys in the back using racial slurs to one another. Playing on their phones, trying to lock each other in the freezer. Where is the authority for this shift is mind boggling. The phone number to the place to reach a manager does not work. This was not a pleasant visit and something needs to be done! I wish I could get my money back after this experience.The corporate office should be aware of this, or whoever the owner is.

Have had issues multiple times with pickup orders now. Wrong toppings on subs…not ready…and apparently the phone number is not a working number which is just odd.

This location has gone way down hill over the last few years, Most evenings it’s typical that there’s only 1 person working, it takes forever to get your food and if you order ahead they completely ignore it and only take care of people in line. They will douse your sub in condiments, the last 3 times I’ve done pick up I always ask for less mayo or less mustard and they put so much on that when the wrap the sandwich it coats the entire outside of the sub. On top of all of that, everything at this location jus tastes a bit off, old veggies, old bread, old meat. Realistically the best thing for this location would be for the owner to either close shop, or sell the business to someone who actually cares to put in effort to make this a decent place.

Don’t eat here! After a few other not good experiences with this location, today was the last time I’ll be getting food from here.
Today the 3 staff working were all sitting down when we walked in which we would have been totally fine with had the restaurant not been messy. The restaurant was not clean, they had barely any chips stocked, the employee with long hair didn’t have their hair tied back, and the lettuce was browning. Then, when we were sitting down eating and all the other customers that ordered after us left the staff started kicking a soccer ball around inside the restaurant including behind the counter

This location is the worst Subway I have been to.
Was charged 14.12 for a lg soda that was flat. Salami with shredded cheese for a child who was siliac. Someone that can’t have gluten.
Returned to report soda issue n discuss the bill and was told soda was fine bib was full and they charged for a 12” pizza sub sub
And this was 9.49. And didn’t get a new soda or any resolution.
Was told to call corporate because I was rude n disrespectful.
Reported issue to corporate.
Response: sorry for the issue n have talked to my team to resolve this from happening again. Basically they don’t care! This was the second issue at this location. Will not return! Poor customer service and customers are wrong.

Was in there today at 10:20am.
After working at Subway for years, the first thing I noticed was horrible customer service. It was then followed by horrible food, breads undercooked, eggs cold in middle (after she microwaved them 3 times) the sausage (also frozen) was microwaved into a crisp.
I took one bite and threw in front of their door.
Never again!
Enjoy cleaning up that mess
