Tried calling because the only way to use my free breadstick coupon was via phone. The local number sent me to an overseas call center. When I told them I wanted to use my free breadstick coupon I was “transferred” to my local store. After 8 minutes of waiting in hold I got disconnected. When I tried calling the local number again the same process repeated. Now I’m immediately disconnected the second I call. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Doubt I’ll ever be giving any Pizza Hut my business in the future.

First, the pizza and pasta was fantastic.
I was totally impressed with the manager running the store. I waited a few minutes for my order and watched this young lady run the entire operation by herself and she didn’t miss a beat. My order was on time and the food was perfect. The facility was clean and she was super friendly even while busting her butt. Five stars all the way from me.

They were fast and friendly, in spite of the fact that tens of thousands of homes and businesses were without power for days, including this night. Due to an online ordering issue (with Pizza Hut Corp) my 3 separate orders went to one location instead of 3. I called and spoke to the manager of this location, Lindsay, who apologized and quickly worked to resolve this issue and get the food delivered as soon as possible. I have had this issue with other Pizza Huts in the area (cough, Lorain, Cough) and the manager there did not care. Lindsay is the reason I continue to place orders at various Pizza Huts near my businesses. Her empathy with my situation and desire to quickly make it right are what makes any restaurant successful. I look forward to my next opportunity to work with her and her location and cannot thank her enough for her positive attitude and willingness to help.
