Great food, sweet staff, amazing cocktails. Owner offers complimentary pizza slice at start of meal;and at end of meal we were served warm rice pudding and shot of blood orange limoncello! I had vegetarian which was delicious and the star was their irresistible sweet potato fries! Loved this place! We also had their special pistachio martini- oh my what can I say it was just amazing! Would definitely recommend if you are in Cape COD!

We were looking for a simple, light dinner and thought Mediterranean food would be a great choice, some rice, kebab, and grilled veggies sounded perfect. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time, and it quickly became clear why the parking lot was empty.
The kebab was completely burnt, the rice had clearly been pre-cooked and reheated (it literally kept the shape of the container it came from), and the vegetables weren’t fresh at all, just frozen ones thrown on the plate. What should have been a very basic and tasty dish was ruined in every possible way.
It doesn’t take much to prepare fresh meat on a clean grill, add real grilled vegetables, and cook rice properly. Instead, what we got was a meal that felt careless and unappetizing. We refused to eat this.
Sadly, we cannot recommend this place. If you’re in the area, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for dinner.

Great mix between Italian and Mediterranean food. They welcome you with a great homemade pizza. My drink was perfect. Food was cooked to perfection. Very tasty. The place was busy during our visit . Staff and service were ok.
The desserts were great. We did take baklava for home.

Carol was a fantastic server, and the owner Paul was present and extremely welcoming!! The food was outstanding including chicken souvlaki and lamb gyro!! The coated fries and spanakopita were a hit as well!! Highly recommend for delicious Mediterranean in the heart of the cape.

Only went once but want to go again. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed each bite, and the servers offered us complimentary desserts and even a free shot. (Unsure why but I’ll take it) The atmosphere gives a true Italian vibe much like their dishes. I admit the bill surprised me but was worth it.

Delicious food! We get their pizzas quite often, but we’ve also ordered their baked Mac & cheese, which is to die for! Lots of cheese! Their calzones are huge and made to one’s specifications.
The service is wonderful, very prompt and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a restaurant that offers a variety of good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

I had high expectations of this restaurant. Our visit with less than what we expected. We ordered Favorite past history Pizza-Chicken Florentine. We received the pie burnt on the back and in front, crossed very hard and low to moderate portion of chicken. I expected better for the price and specialty claims. The service was less than stellar. We had to wait several minutes for a basics. We noticed right away and felt profiled by the service. The waitress made very clear she would spend more time with customers she knew than customers unfamiliar to her. We enjoyed the complementary pizza slice. The owner walked past us several times and never bother to greet us as he did his regulars. We visited the restaurant from Connecticut for the food and to share good memories, but neither happen we left with a bad taste and feeling disappointed. We have fond memories of the original Royale when it was located in Dennisport Massachusetts. We just wanted to repeat those memories. But something is truly not the same with this royal II. If we felt like a welcome customer from the waitress and the owner, we would have visited again and try something new.

Super tasty food for both kids and adults! They brought free desserts for the kids and even shared pizza with us and the nearby tables. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed everything definitely coming back!
