This is exactly how my smash burgers and smash fries came. If you like flat “smash” burgers then this is the place for you. The patties were flat and crisp as can be. Extremely burnt. I had to remove the burnt edges from the burger itself. Never again.

First time. Walked up and asked if they’re good? Buddy said to let him know after I try it: excellent classic smash burgers with a twist. Had the lau double with fries. 2 handed burger, perfect bread pairing, grilled onions, bacon, juicy not greasy or dry but still smashed with texture on the edges, fancy sauce is great whatever it is. Generous fries serving, battered and season golden brown crispy. Will be returning regularly.

I’m not a big fan of regular burgers, but I’ll always give a smash burger a chance… and this one did not disappoint. Flavor was solid. Crispy edges, juicy center, seasoned just right.
The fries? Perfectly seasoned and super snackable. I kept eating them even when I was full, which says a lot.
Overall, pretty solid spot. If you’re picky with burgers like me, this one actually hits.

I’ll say it over and over again – THEE best burgers in Miami. Hands down! I’ve tried them all, but the OG and AM burger are my go-to’s. Highly recommend to everyone and literally tell everyone I meet to go to FBR and try a fresh, high quality burger, run by an owner who truly cares about the product and the people.
